I ordered this chair to replace my old chair. I was surprised how easy it was to assemble. I did on my own in less than 45 mins. Chair is very comfortable and you can just even use it to relax if want to. I work from home and I was using it for more than 8 hrs and found it very comfortable. Only issue was the gas rod was faulty so I couldn't get the height I needed.I messaged customer service and was surprised how helpful they were. After a week off communication and trying everything they refunded me for the chair as I got to the stage where I didn't want to dismental the chair and put it back again and hope that it worked. Customer service in their defence did give me a link to order another rod and they would refund me but even if I ordered that I would have had to wait till may and wasn't sure if other rods would have worked so I decided to take the refund and call it a day.I would still give 5 star as the chair was very good well worth the money and customer service was amazing so would highly recommend this chair to anyone.

I’m not one for writing reviews ever. So much that this is actually my first on Amazon. But with the stress this chair has caused me, I felt any one else considering buying one needs to read this review first.I’ll start by saying that the comfort of this chair is great! Rivals a lot of the more expensive desk chairs out their in my opinion.But I’m so disappointed with the quality and craftsmanship of the drilled leg holes and the length of the screws provided that are expected to hold them in place.As can be seen in my photos, none of the holes on the frame align with the legs to attach meaning the screws needed to go in diagonally and are going to cause them to either fall out or snap in the long term.At first I thought nothing of it and decided to let it slide (bud um tch). but after a few months of use, almost all the screws have fallen out as they weren’t able to be put in properly in the first place. trying to screw them back in now is feeling like more stress than success as they seem even more stubborn than the first time I tried putting it together.If the provided screws were slightly longer then there would have been more of a chance they would at least thread a little better.In conclusion the chair is super comfy but the craftsmanship and quality check has been so poor that the price just ain’t worth it.I’ve not gone through support yet, but subject to change, if this review gets a response. Steer clear fellow desk workers!

A year of home working had given my home office chair a real beating, so with bits of stuffing falling out it just had to go - and I wasn't confident that any local furnishing shops would be open during COVID lockdown. This chair looks the part, and contrary to some comments I found it pleasantly easy to put together - as I guess will anyone who is not afraid of flatpack furniture.It is reasonably comfortable, and I hope the stuffing and covering withstand the test of time.I could do with it being adjustable to about an inch higher than it actually is, but I'm getting used to the lower position (I'm 5'11, not particularly short or tall). I'm knocking off a star for this.

This product is exactly as described. I actually purchased this for my chair ottoman and it fits perfectly! The cushion is not removable but it is such a good fit because of the super tight elastic, I thought it would be too small but the material seems to have the perfect amount of stretch. incredibly soft. I would buy this again and recommend to everyone. It saved my ottoman from being discarded and saved me money on a replacement ottoman.This chair requires assembly but was very easy. Took me about 10 minutes to put it all together. I do have power tools for home use, not professional use, and I think it will take most people less than 20 minutes with just the tool provided in the package.I have now used this for more than a week and is breaking in good. Overall a very comfortable chair that you can sit on for a long time. Or recline to have a good afternoon nap. Five stars. Buy it.

Well packaged and easy to assemble, I took delivery of the chair and had it assembled in a short time. The instructions were fairly easy to follow although the instructional pictures left a lot to be desired. The chair went together without any issue as all the bolts and bits are in a clearly marked bubble pack, so you know which bolt goes where. (WARNING Don't just rip the bubble pack open and dump the contents onto the floor!)After assembly I looked at the chair and it was twisted. The seat back was not lined up correctly. I traced the issue back to the thick bracket that allows the back of the seat to join to the seat bottom. During manufacture, it has not maintained it's correct shape in the same plane and has deformed by a few degrees. This twist is what allows the seat back to be out of alignment. I was able to offset the twist by packing underneath one side of the bracket with washers in order to negate the twisting effect.The footrest feels extremely flimsy and I doubt I'll use it, I'll probably keep it so I can use the material to patch the arm rests when they wear out.All in all, yet another mass produced poor quality control item. Not really worth the money but as there's not much else that's better, I'll have to stick with it.As far as comfort goes, ask me in a month, right now I'm not that impressed. It's OK ish.

Mia moglie aveva acquistato, inizialmente, una sedia di un'altra azienda, ad un prezzo più ridotto di circa 50 euro. Il prodotto, però, aveva un grave difetto di allineamento e l'abbiamo rimandato indietro puntando sulla Hbada essendo già in possesso di una sedia da gaming di cui sono molto soddisfatto. E così la scelta è caduta su una sedia da ufficio delle Hbada, azienda che già conosco. Costata qualcosa di più ma già al tatto dei materiali di evidente superiorità rispetto al precedente acquisto ( di cui non faccio il nome per correttezza). Prodotto giunto con un paio di giorni di anticipo, ben imballato con semplici istruzioni di montaggio e anche un kit di ricambio per ciascuna vite, bullone, rondella, tappetto. Facile da montare la sedia è risultata robusta, comoda la seduta e la regolazione. Al momento, in uso da più di una settimana tutto OK. Merita le 5 stelle in tutte le categorie. Se dovessero insorgere difetti o problemi aggiornerò la recensione... altrimenti significa che sarò stato pienamente soddisfatto dell'acquisto operato, per altro, con il comodo servizio a rate di Cofidis.

Molto comoda e robusta. L'abbiamo regalata a mio fratello che sta diverse ore al PC e la adora. L'altro mio fratello ne aveva presa una per sé stesso che costava meno e anche con i cuscini appositi, diceva che era scomoda e dopo poco aveva male ovunque, mentre in questa si sta comodissimi ed è imbottita già bene. Quindi costa un po' di più di altre, ma ne vale la pena.
