Geek Aire Battery Packs Special for Detachable Battery Operated Fan, Suitable for Mode: CF100 / CF100M / CF200M / CF150M

These come and go as far as availability, but I desperately wanted one for my new Geek Aire fan. It charged perfectly and I have been putting it to the test. Seems to be hold a charge well and fits well into the back of the fan. The fan, however, does not have a snug battery compartment, and i can see a need to wedge the battery if it becomes any less snug. Prepared for hurricane season, but we were spared in my parts this year. This will pay off by outdoor use until the next storm comes around.

Bought this replacement battery in February. Had fan going using the adapters since the other battery died. New battery worked when tested. Still used the fan inside the house on the adapter. Now that summer heat is starting, tried to use the battery. It’s completely dead. Tried a different charger. No luck. Reread instructions and it does warn about leaving the battery in while using the adapter. My mistake so, the reason for 2 stars. Wish they would show in bold letters right up front about the life of the battery. These are expensive and so is the fan. So disappointed in both.Edit. Bought a new battery. It worked ONE time! Tried to charge it. All lights came on. Didn’t over charge this one. My fan will not work. Total waste of time and money. Geek are doesn’t have customer service. If, they do, I can’t find them.

I use this product with an indoor/outdoor fan. A bit pricey, though.

I purchased the upright misting fan from Geek Aire. These are the extra battery replacements. I purchased 2 extra batteries so I can run this all day without a plug. I can usually get 9 hrs or better. I bartend outside in Lake Havasu and this misting fan will one day save a life! It changes my environment by 20 degrees.

When I got my misting fan, in the reviews, it said to buy a backup, so I did, so that I always have juice for my fan.

This is an identical battery to go with the geek aire fan. It holds a charge just as the original battery. I bought this as a back up so that I always have a charged battery when one runs out of juice. They are hard to find!

I’ve had the geek aire 16” fan used it maybe 4 or 5 times, brought it out during a heat wave one battery sparks when you plug it in and the other doesn’t even last half of what it used to. The two batteries I just bought spark when you plug them in and do not take a charge. Customer service keeps you on hold for a 15-30 minutes and then disconnects, never can talk to anyone. What a joke of a company I’m glad I tried these and will be returning them promptly. This company is a bunch of con artists. The original fan and batteries are still under warranty, I’ve sent 15 emails it’s been 2 months no answer other than we received your claim and are processing it
