This is very authentic flavor just like from Spain. My family is from Spain and we know. My husband who is not a Spaniard likes it too very much so I just completed an order for two more I have a feeling it's not going to last in this house lol. You will not regret your purchase. Yes, it's a just a lttle pricey but it is high quality, all natural, did not see a speck of fat.

didn;t know this had to be cooked. I thought this could be eaten raw. When cooked it shrivels to almost nothing!
