HitechReplacement Cordless Phone Battery for Plantronics CS50, CS55, CS60 Wireless Headset

I've had my CS-50 headset for about six years now and the original battery no longer lasts the entire day. While my experience with this battery is limited to three days, I can say that it lasts the full ten hour day and seems to work well. Again, this is a limited time frame in which to judge a battery, but so far, so good. And for less than $5 it seems to be well worth the price. It fit perfectly, and I haven't had any of the connection/size issues that some other reviewers have had. Again, I figured that for less than $5 it was worth the risk and it's paid of so far.

The battery replacement is working great! Easy to install and stays still.Good quality and price. Would recommand this item.

I finally, after almost 8 years, had to replace the battery in my headset. I found this battery and was skeptical that it would actually fit in such a small compartment. When it arrived, I pulled the old battery out and compared them and they were virtually the same with only difference being the plug in was in a different location (about an 1/8"). It plugged in okay and installed okay and is working just fine after a least two months!

This battery charges up well and then the charge lasts a few hours. I installed it in wireless headphones and it does a terrific job. Plays music for several hours.

I ordered this for a CS 50 headset. It fit the battery compartment ok but the connector is just very slightly larger than the headset connector thus will not plug in. I thought about filing off a bit of each side of the battery connector but I just ordered another one with the updated part number. This is a classic example that you get what you pay for.

Some reviewers wrote having trouble inserting the battery - I didn't have any problems. The fit is snug - but the packaging does have enough give - just don't be afraid to fold in the rough edges and firmly push the battery in. Also of note is the power wire on this battery is much longer than the original - just fold it into the gaps/space and then put the cover back on - it all fits in the end.Once the battery was inserted - the phone charged up and now works like new again. For the price - I bought two just in case I got a bad one. Now I've got a spare when this one goes out.

Slightly too big to fit easily in our Plantronics CS 50/55 wireless headsets. It takes some effort to get them crammed in, but, once done, they seem to work well.

I replaced a nonworking official battery pack which had seen a few years of use (at least) and no longer held enough charge to last through a 2 hour telephone call.This replacement seems to be doing a fine job, with the charge now lasting fine through 2 and 3 hour meetings with no problem. It wasn't too tricky to fit into the headset holder. This long capacity pack was slightly larger than the original battery and required a little fiddling to get in place (the wire coming off it is pretty short, so you might need to try putting the battery in label side down if it doesn't reach facing the other way).(I'll try to follow up in a year or two--as part of a battery is how well it lasts under ordinary use.)
