If you are trying to impress people with your cooking skills without having to juggle with 100 odd ingredients, I would definitely recommend Shan masala. Just follow the instructions given at the back and you will get the most delicious biryani. This isn't like the biryani that you would get at Karims at Old delhi. Its a different style with tomatoes added but it tastes 100 times better with minimal effort. Of the many brands of biryani masalas i have tried this is the best and the quality of Shan masala has never disappointed me. Since i have difficulty in finding shan masalas at the local market, i bought this from amazon and the delivery experience was very nice. The delivery person made sure to deliver on that day even though his bike had broken down and it was raining. He even came home at 10:30 at night just to deliver my order. Kudos to Amazon for its dedication!
