Ok book
It’s a nice book, but I thought it would have more pictures like a normal comic book.

LEGO PLUS SUPER HEROS EQUALS NOTHING BUT FUN!!
BAD GUY BLIZZARD -- BRICK ADVENTURESAll of our grand babies are into both LEGOs and SUPER HEROS so they will LOVE this book! This cute little book is targeted for first, second, and third graders, but I know that our fifth grader will also read this. When it comes to fun, there are no age limits. This is also a rated for a reading level at grade two. This book is funny. I love the illustrations! They are bold, bright, and detailed. There are plenty of pictures and much more of the written word than I expected. At the back of the book is a glossary which details characters and some of the 'bigger' words young kids may not be familiar with. The words that are in the glossary appear in bold dark print in the body of the stories. There are three new stories in this book. What I like about these books is that they will hold young kids attention. The stories are exciting and fun for them and the illustrations are awesome. These books ENCOURAGE reading for those kids who are somewhat reluctant to pick up a book and read for the pure pleasure of reading. Making books fun, interesting, bright, and exciting will encourage kids to read and perhaps become book lovers down the road. You may also wish to read out loud to your kids or take turns reading aloud from this fun book. What kid doesn't love LEGOs? Throw in adventures with BATMAN, SUPERMAN, THE FLASH, SUPERGIRL, BATGIRL, AQUAMAN, and the GREEN LANTERN [just to name a few] and you have nothing but fun reading ahead of you.Strongly recommended for kids of all ages!

This was a win.
My young son LOVES Legos. He LOVES Superheroes. He LOVES stories. This is the trifecta of fun for him.The book is nicely designed with an intro and a glossary (with explanations of more complex words), and contains three standalone stories. What makes this book most appealing to me, however, is that it is kind of a "transition book" from those my child is used to reading -which are ones with mostly pictures and not as many words. This book is the opposite -with a lot more words than I expected, but with enough pictures to help shape the images in your head. (This makes it a lot more engaging as a "story" book, instead of, say, a "comic" book.)This book requires your child to use a lot more imagination and will be a good style of book to take him or her to the next level of young adult books. And though it is intended to be read by a 1st to 3rd grader, my son is still in pre-school and greatly enjoys these stories being read to him.Recommended.
