Dr. Martens Polley, Women's, Soft Toe, Slip Resistant Mary Jane

I love these shoes! If you are in between sizes I recommend sizing down — I am normally a 7.5 and got a 7, and they fit perfectly. I have wide feet, and my toes do not feel squashed in these shoes. If you buy a pair of ankle gel sleeves, the breaking in process will go like a dream. Last but not least they’re cute, durable, and worth the value 👌

I work in fast food and these are amazing. The traction really doesn’t budge and they look is overall so cute. I wanted something functional and cute and for the price A+. Love them

I love the look of these! Personally, I did not struggle “breaking them in” and they are comfortable to walk in. Size fit as expected, but I do have to strap them pretty tight or my heal slips a little. I added a cushion to the arch and at the heel for extra comfort, but it is not necessary.

Edit: I ended up returning and buying some Doc Martens from the store. I didn’t do enough research to realize that these shoes were for working in food service but I don’t have a job that is like that. I tried on a size 9 (unisex) at the Doc Martin store and it worked out so perfectly for the size and the fit that I was looking for.I’m a big fan of Doc Martens, but I ran into some issues with these. At first, I ordered a size 9 because I read reviews that said that they run large. However, my toes were hitting the top of the shoe which made it really uncomfortable, and hurt, even after I took the shoes off. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to make a simple replacement with Amazon so I ended up spending a bit more to refund the 9s and buy my usual size (US 10) - because the price increased after I purchased the first pair. However, I do like the fit of these when I’m wearing two socks, but I worry that they make my foot look long in comparison to the size 9. I am also considering getting heel grips for when I want to wear these in summer/spring and layering two thick socks isn’t practical.

I’ve been wanting some Mary Jane docs for so long but didn’t want to spend the money. Finally thought paying under $100 was worth it and I’m so happy with them. I couldn’t stop staring at them for like a whole day when they arrived. I know these are geared towards being slip resistant work shoes, but you can wear them in any setting, wherever and whenever. I picked these over the 8065 Mary Jane’s, because these were more simple and I like the one strap. It was a hard decision though.They fit perfect, I’m a size 6 in docs, normally a 7 in other shoes. I’d suggest putting bandaids on the back of your ankles at least for the first few times while trying to break them in, I never had a problem. They do feel heavy but that’s how all Dr. Martens are, you get used to it after awhile. They are heavy duty and will last forever if you take care of them.

I was shopping online for shoes for my daughter in-law and saw the cooliest Dr. Martin’s ( Maryjane style) I knew she would really love the shoe because of the different types outfits she could wear with this specific shoe. The shoe was a hit and she rocked the shoes the same day after she opened her gifts. She was so happy with her Mary Jane shoes . Great quality of shoes.
