PANDORAMoments Family Tree Heart Clasp Bracelet

I got this bracelet as an early birthday gift for my 67th birthday . I had wanted one for years but never got it. The charms of course have special significance to me for each one or mark special occasions in my life. I love the bracelet. But as I was trying to put it on to wear to my former employer’s retirement party it broke. I am so unhappy about it.

My sister in law loves it. She has never had a pandora bracelet before. It is just like the picture. Durable and very great quality. It was worth every penny

Fairly well constructed, it seems like the clasp will hold up for awhile. Wearing for a few weeks (not to bed or in water) and no discoloration. Only downside is the clasp can be a little tight to open, especially with no finger nails, but a toothpick works great and won't damage the metal.

Was excited. Loved the look. Their TV ads are great! Gave it as a gift! Fit was good. Know the size of the wrist before purchasing.I was thrilled when a few weeks later I received a similar one for my birthday! The problem is once it’s on I cannot remove it. This bracelet has the most difficult clasp I have ever had. Keeping it on 24/7 is not an option either because you aren’t supposed to wear it in the shower.I called the store that sells Pandora to ask how to open it the clasp. I was advised to use the tip of a credit card! I can’t do that when it’s on me. May I advise you to go ahead and buy a Pandora bracelet but purchase the kind they sell with an easier clasp.

My wife was very happy with th quality of the bracelet. Sizing was hard to judge because it was a surprise. LolBut turned out perfect.

Caveat Emptor....buyer be VERY aware!!!!Bracelet broke after 3 months and company REFUSED any repair or replacement!!! Horrible product with horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!
