I originally posted this about this product:Complete garbage... Cracked with first use. Actually, one cracked during unboxing, and the next with the first microwave.I expected this to be the end of the story and I was just out the money I used to purchase the item. Although the item did have these issues, I am changing my stance on the company. Without being asked, they read my feedback and refunded my purchase. They are obviously focused on how they are perceived by their customers. I changed my review because I felt valued as a customer and may give them another shot with a different item because I agree with their business model.

I would like to have left a higher review, but someone of these have holes in them!

Could be a bit cheaper, but it's decent.

The space these have are nice, but they are pretty flimsy and some of the lids didn't snap closed. The lids also come off very easily so transporting them for lunches is not very easy.

A lot thinner than other meal prep food containers I have purchased in the past. Fortunately, mine came in intact and in perfect condition. The only thing I would make a minor complaint on, would be the smell. Smelt like burnt plastic. I had to soap and soak these containers for a minute before using them (how it should be with everything you eat out of, but you could definitely pick out the smell coming from these containers). 8 lids and 8 containers, total. Big enough to fill, light enough for easier transportation, but durable for reuse and compartment overload (FILL YOUR TUMMIES!!!) They don't make that satisfying "click" noise when you close the container, but if you were to hold the container upside down, filled with food, it wouldn't come undone. So I would say pretty sturdy and reliable, in my opinion. I meal prep five containers of food for every day of the week for my husband. There is a product guarantee included with purchase, but I'm not sure if there are limitations that apply. A notable mention would be their 10% donation to hunger prevention programs (no exact program list provided.) These were terrible. The quality was very poor. I'll go back to the brand I originally purchased because those were awesome.

Manufacturer was very prompt and cooperative when assisting me with damaged order. A+ customer service.

The containers broke just taking them apart and have a funky smell. Don't feel safe using them.
