Safety concern and no warrantee in reality
Be extremely forewarned if you plan to buy. After owning for only 2 months and being used by a 70-or-so pound child, one of the enclosure poles broke. I've spent the last 3 weeks fighting with Spencer and Jared at the manufacturer (Propel Trampolines) over a warrantee-based replacement of the pole. The trampoline and enclosure are sold as a set and the owner's manual cites the product is rated for up to 300 lbs. They refuse to replace the broken pole. They are literally citing, and I exactly quote, "it takes a lot of force to break one of those enclosure posts, for example kids hanging on the post will definitely break it." "It is designed to catch and protect children from falling off the trampoline not support their leverage from hanging on the poles". Really, he can tell from the picture I had to send that without a doubt it was caused by an act of hanging on the pole and absolutely not a chance a fraction of a percent of their product sold could actually have a small fault/defect/malfunction/issue or what ever you want to call it in design or manufacture. Mind you also, I have no idea how anyone could hang on the pole let alone a little child. What I mean is when on the trampoline the enclosure net is between the child and the pole. Again, this product is sold with a 300 pound rating yet it is defeated like a thin toothpick by a 70-or-so pound child? If this is the case the product is a huge safety risk. I highly encourage you to avoid this product in the safety interest of those you love (and there really is no warrantee in practice)!

Not great quality.
Top rail frame tube bent if half while 2 kids were jumping rendering it unusable. Replacement part is "out of stock".

Stay away from this product. I work for a retailer and bought one for my kids for Christmas over the weekend. I got off work today and started putting it together. Right away I noticed that every single part that wasn't shrink wrapped like the springs and the user manual was covered in grease. The T brackets had tool marks along half of them indicating they were scraped by metal... ie they were used before. The braces that hold the trampoline up had rust on the inside of the pipes as did the pipes connecting the brace to the frame. I found one of the T joints had obviously been re-welded and there was STILL several holes in the joint weld. One of the braces had one of it's ends crumpled together so it wouldn't fit inside the bracket where it was supposed to connect to. In the instructions it states when assembling the leg braces that one leg of each pair of leg tubes should have the safety sticker attached. Only 3 of the tubes had stickers, 3 of the others were completely clean and a 4th had the sticker scrapped off by what looks like a sponge. After that I stopped putting it together and didn't even bother looking at what was wrong with the REST of the parts. Propel is clearly shipping faulty products out and as at least one consumer review on here showed they don't care at all if anything happens. Their intent is to sell faulty products made by the lowest bidder, sell them at as high a mark up as possible, and if anything happens blame it on the customer. Tomorrow I will be taking pictures of every item that was in the box, taking it back to the retailer to get my money back and then seeing how I can make Propel answer for this. This is inexcusable, KNOWINGLY putting RUSTED and BROKEN components into a product.

Had for 5 weeks and one storm and the thing was gone
Even though we used all the anchors and had them all correctly anchored, the wind still took it and busted it all to pieces. Since the warranty doesn't cover any acts of nature, we were out every bit of the $329 that we paid for it. Imagine our disappointment, when our kids were just 5 and 6 and had such fun in the short time we had it. Now I see it's a little cheaper, so i'm thinking about buying another one and using the other one for spare parts as needed. This time, we'll be putting heavy tires on it or driving fence posts into the ground to hold that baby down.

As good as any other available at most retailers.
I did a lot of research before buying my daughter a trampoline. What I have found is that there are plenty of negative reviews for all the brands. I am reviewing here on Amazon because there seems to be more negative reviews here than at the other retailer sites. I chose this trampoline because it was the only one rated for 300lbs. All other brands available at local stores are rated at 200lbs. There are some reviewers that seem to be unaware that all these trampolines are made in China regardless of the brand. The assembly was relatively straight forward and went pretty quickly. There was no tool for installing the springs with this trampoline, but I just used another spring to aid in the installation. I also like that the safety netting is installed with bungee cords to the uprights. The framing seems to be quite sturdy and fit together very well. I have had people on it from 35 to 215 pounds. It handled everyone quite well. I can't give a $300 trampoline five stars no matter how impressed I am with it. If you want a higher quality trampoline, you are going to pay for it. Overall I would say this was a good buy for the money. The whole family is enjoying it.
