Really get thick yogurt and it also tastes fine. Just follow the instructions that come with the package and that is it.

Too expensive
It's OK if you have experience making Dahi at home. Made it with organic fresh full fat milk but Greek yoghurt really just feels and tastes like regular Dahi. Way too much money since only 2 packes each. Not worth the price.

Bulgarian yogurt culture
The Greek yogurt was fantastic, but the Bulgarian yogurt didn't form and proved to be a disappointment.

Waste of money
Waste of money, following what to do and not to do, reading all the instructions, it can't be set right ,after waiting for 14 hours and undisturbed,the milk turn into creamy texture,dip my fingers,omg ,it was so bitter and throw everything,So I'm gonna try another packet then ill right the review again as of now ,I'm going give 2 stars

Incredible bulgarian yogurt
The first batch took ages to set and tasted not great but edible. By the third batch, using a full fat milk (like punjab sindh milk), the yogurt turned out creamy, thick, not too sour tasting, gorgeousness. Im totally addicted! Cant wait to try the greek yogurt as well. I store the unused culture packets in the freezer for longevity.
