It should work fine for wrapping finished products for shipping
It's tissue paper. I bought this to trace out sewing patterns, but this paper fell apart faster than the pattern tissue I was tracing from. It should work fine for wrapping finished products for shipping, but I really didn't need this much paper for that. I had to order another roll of paper to do my tracing. (Search for "easel paper roll" if you're looking for heavier paper that will hold up to repeated use, I found lots of great deals that way.) Not only was this paper flimsy, but the roll I got had several bugs squashed between layers of paper, making several layers at a time unusable due to bug guts bleeding through. It was sealed in plastic when I got it, so the bugs got into the paper before it was shipped. I wouldn't buy anything from this seller again after my experience.

It's okay for pattern-making, but not great.
I purchased this to make my own sewing patterns. It works well enough, and it's easy to see through when copying an existing paper pattern, but the paper itself is rather delicate. It tears easily, and I cannot use mechanical pencils with it, as it rips the paper. I don't recommend pinning through it either, as the holes tend to tear. I usually use pattern weights, so this isn't a real issue for me, but if you like to pin your patterns, then just be aware. I don't think patterns made from this paper will hold up to repeated use. But, I'll still use it for my first drafts. I'm going to try unwaxed butcher paper for more sturdy paper patterns.

Great product to conserve your sewing patterns!
This is amazing not just for the price, but for the quantity and its easiness to trace and cut. Honestly i bought simply to trace my patterns so I could reuse the originals. It is easy to trace, and to cut. It is not thick hense why im so please with its visibility and ability to let me trace the pattern without wearing out my eyes. Has a different texture than tissue paper (gift wrapping paper), and a lot more fraggile if you were to compare to regular tracing paper; which is why i love it! Im going to be able to sew easily with it, and it will mold to the surface because is not stiff. Overall great product!

Quality has Gone Downhill
I use this for pattern paper, and altering patterns. I was getting low, so I figured I would order a new roll, as I was on my last one. It's much more thin, almost like a toilet seat cover density, and 3" shorterI don't like it at allI have no idea what I will do with this, but I won't use it for sewing.I will get something else, like drafting paper instead.Sorry for this!Below is my review from 2017When I sew thin or delicate fabric, I sometimes need something to stabilize it. This is what I purchased this for, and it works wonderfully. I cut it in strips, and sew with it under the fabric. It works really well for this, and is great for my daughter to use for tracing. It can be used for tracing patterns, but it is on the thin side.

Many uses for this paper!
I use this for making my own sewing patterns. It is a bit touchy,(rips easily-but it is supposed to) but I am still able to get a clear pattern to cut out. My kids had a great idea, and use it for coloring on the kitchen table! I am sure it has many uses other than medical paper, let your imagination go wild!

Nice to buy just a single room for making sewing patterns.
Great! The paper has the crepe texture and although a little less transparent ( still very easy to see through ) it lasts longer than smooth and can be used multiple times and holds up well for my uses creating sewing patterns. I draft directly on it or use it for tracing. I go between the 18" width and the 21". 21" is best for women's patterns.

Disappointing. Too soft and creased.
Much thinner and softer than any medical paper I have seen. Like a cross between cheap wrapping tissue and toilet paper. Mine had small creases throughout roll. I needed to iron it. before I could use it even just to make adjustments/extensions in my patterns. Reasonable quality paper would not have required that. I do not recommend this brand.

We use this for designs for quilting and paper piecing quilt blocks. It's a good weight.
