Reunion Blues RB Continental Triple Trumpet Case

I've been looking for a good overall bag for my trumpet and flugel but honestly there's not much out there in the way high-end bags that don't look like the typical boxy Reunion Blues Doublers bag. I mean, I wanted some style, not just some flimsy (although well made) boxy case where my horns sit somewhat loose in the case. I wanted them to be secure and have a stylish bag at a reasonable price.I bought the Mike Vax ProTec PB301VAX combo case and had high hopes for it. Did not like it (see my Amazon review). I almost didn't buy this RB Continental case until I saw pics of it someone posted on the net. Based on those pics alone I bought the bag and can honestly say that this bag fits everything I'm looking for in a gig bag. The interior is a very nice velvet using top notch materials and the dividers are VERY firm and padded and can be customized. My trumpet and flugel fit very snug despite this being labeled as a triple case. The handle is very comfortable to hold. The bag is not heavy at all. The zipper is VERY tough. The bag also has two extra zippered compartments: one under the front flap that is basically a big pouch for valve oil, pencils, mouthpieces or whatever and the other compartment is more of a place for music or the like and is on the outside back panel.To be honest I was getting a little disappointed with all the options out there for Tpt/Flugel bags that I thought I wasn't going to find a reasonably priced bag that I would love to own. I even contemplated the RB 580 Distressed Leather Triple bag because lets be honest...it's gorgeous but at $325 it was a bit more than I wanted to spend. But after coming across this bag I'm glad I bought it. It's perfect for two horns.

Zippers faulty resulting in not being able to safely close the case up to protect my instruments. Disappointing .

This case holds a Bb, C, and full size flugelhorn. Been looking for a case like this and finally found it. Wish it had wheels.

I have had this case for two years, and it is still going strong! It travels well, and fits in most overhead compartments on airplanes. The padding on the inside is somewhat adjustable, and I have had no problem carrying any combination of my horns in it. Two B-flat trumpets, and a flugelhorn – no problem!

Purchased this item for a musician as a gift . It was beyond their expectations.Light weight with all instruments loaded. Very happy giver!

A well made bag that does what it is meant to do ;ie carry three trumpets albeit a tight squeeze.However ,it could be so much better.There is no space for mutes,mouthpieces,the trumpets won't fit if they are attached,valve oil and stand,to fit all my accessories in i had to leave one instrument behind i carried one cornet and one trumpet and only just had enough room for two mutes and stands.On the plus side it does have a couple of flat pockets one of which i sqeezed a couple of mouthpieces and a bottle of oil in.
