The device does not come with a power plug. The only instructions for power setup is a diagram people like myself cannot understand. I cannot find any videos or simple instructions on the internet to aid in connecting the wires to power or access control, nor what object to connect them to in the first place. The seller needs to explicitly disclose the lack of proper equipment being sold with this product to use it. I requested a refund and return the same day it arrived because of this.

Works as advertised, needs better instructions, some of the setup options do not convert to English and stay in Chinese, it does however have internal memory with battery backup so programming is retained if power supply is removed. I don't recall seeing that stated in the description and its not listed in the manual.

Al quitar los envoltorios e intentar encenderlo con una fuente de alimentación operativa, el aparato no enciende la pantalla con la luz azul... está muerto. He verificado con el multímetro y le llega corriente de 12V sin problema, pero no enciende. El producto está quemado o dañado?
