This is one of my favs! Depending on the recipe.... I replace the white flour and add 1/4 to 1/2 a cup of this flour to all my bread recipes. Great flavor!

Love the product with a plastic zip bag. Keeps getting damaged in Amazon shipping; and I have to call for a refund due to the torn packaging. The product is wonderful though!! I keep repurchasing it!!

Used for bread machine whole wheat bread along with vital wheat gluten. Not really happy with the results, maybe it will work better to substitute a cup of bread flour or so.
