I have worn this brace a few days while working in a warehouse and it provides very good support and prevents me from over-extending my shoulder joint. This seems to have helped my joint pain immediately so I am impressed so far. It is far sturdier than I anticipated but is fully adjustable to get a good firm fit around the upper arm and shoulder.

quite decent and helpful shoulder support. The quality of the material could be better because the material tears after wearing it a few times. However, it is light and comfortable, the cooling insert is very useful. It can be easily adjusted to the shoulder because there is a size-changing strap. not bad for this price

So I have a rotator cuff tendonitis problem, no sleep was making me cranky. Saw this and thought I would give it a go as it also came with a hot cold pack. So I received it and the packaging was very professional, although the instructions for wearing and exercise examples were a bit short on information. The heat pack is very small and can only be used in its own little pocket on the sling, trouble is it sits only in one small area on the corner of your shoulder. The heat pad can only be heated up for a few seconds as they can explode, this is a generic thing and not down to this particular make. The sling is easy to wear and comfortable except around the upper arm as the securing strap comes over your bear skin and can pinch at times. In the manual it states to email the company for a free gift, I did this and was told a free gift was no longer available due to Brexit, which I thought was strange for a UK supplied item and because of this the company was giving a lifetime warranty.... great cos you had that already so you get nothing instead. Poor show really.So I tried the sling for a few days adjusting its position, using hot and cold packs, wearing it for different amounts of time. Did it help? Plain answer is no, not for me. That doesn’t mean it’s of no use to anyone else as we are all different and we have different ailments to deal with.

Its great it hurts due to it being secure to shoulder but the ice pack help it's helping with some of the pain I'm now trying to find a second pack so I can use one and have one in freezer ready

It is a reasonably good product. Well made and good price. Heat pad is probably the best attribute. It's fairly comfortable to wear under the arm. One issue is the difficulty adjusting the straps to get the right level of support on the top of the arm and I find the level of support on top of the shoulder disappointing no matter how you adjust I. I can recommend it for providing gentle warmth or cooling but not for firm support of injuries

absolutely amazing, I've been having lots of pain in both shoulders for some time now and can't get a drs appointment for months yet. bought one of these and was absolutely blown away with the relief, not instant but gradual, after a time of swapping it from shoulder to shoulder. I decided to buy another. and wear both at the same time, omg what a difference, once i figured out how to clip them together where they cross, absolutely amazing result, driving is easier, sitting for longer is easier, still having pain, but not as much when I'm wearing these . Great investment, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them if you have shoulder problems.

The belt arrived quickly and well packed. On opening there is a chemical smell that is not very nice at all. Having read the instructions, I could not read properly with the extremely small print and bad contrast colours, I found the strap reasonable and supportive. However, walking down to the shops it soon became apparent that the strap was constantly moving up and bunching under my neck. Several adjustments were made but nothing really improved and the chemical smell was getting more noticeable.On return the strap was round the front of my neck and with rub marks bunched up and with the strap more like a rope. The shoulder pad had also ridden up and the only part still in place was the pad on the upper arm. Not to mention the unpleasant smell.So either the instructions are wrong or the pad is unfit for purpose. Definitely not for me. Strap needs redesigning otherwise it does not work properly.

This is a great quality and extremely well put together product. It definitely feels premium and the pocket for the cold/heat packet is a very nice bonus.The 2 things to note are that 1) it's not difficult to put on, but you do need someone else to ensure the straps around the shoulder are tight and in place....and 2) once on, it can feel and little awkward and uncomfortable.It should sit as shown on the image but if you have a broader frame then it may not sit exactly how you are expecting it to look.For me, despite tightening the adjustable strap around my arm, there was still a gap around my bicep and the length of the arm portion was not long enough. If this was made as a neoprene slip that you arm fit into then this would fit everyone! That aspect, plus the uncomfortable position the cross-the-chest strap meant this wasn't for me, but I decided to put this review on here as this is a great quality and extremely well put together product. It definitely feels premium!
