I really like how fast and portable this product is, I had always hated fiddling with the sun visors to hold my old sun shade in place.Fits in the car door compartment.The gaps on the side don't seem to be an issue, this is a picture of the smaller shade in a Toyota Avalon.I recommend grabbing this product as a quality of life improvement during the summer !

In theory this is a very good item; however, it did not work out well for me. The cheap windshield sun shade I purchased at my local discount store worked better than this did. I have arthritis in my hands so I had a great deal of trouble opening and closing the sun shade. I ended up returning it to Amazon.

Bought this for my Audi A3. It’s a bit too small to cover the entire windshield, but covers about 90%. It opens and closes conveniently. Plus it easily fits back in the carrying case. So I’ll be keeping it. Works well and keeps my car cool.

This is perfect! I didn't want something big and bulky and this fits in my console when not in use!

This product worked great and was very functional/practical.I have always had issues with the traditional sunshades as far as trying to pull them back into their original shape to put them up when not in use however this product is as easy as using an umbrella and makes for a quick and easy retrieval as well as disposal when not in use.

Great cover for my car's windscreen. Bought it to cover my lovely Lexus windscreen. Perfectly fit my windscreen and the umbrella design is very easy to install. Holds perfectly and do not allow sun to get through it. Also it keeps interior cool and fresh enough.
