It's not working properly .Its been one month or less than one month I bought this trimmer. Not taking charge as well. I want to return this product as soon as possible.. please do the needful

Update 26th October. Amazon customer service called me about my product and after hearing my grievances, offered to send me a replacement immediately, which is received within 4-5 days. As promised by Amazon the product was checked and battery charged before delivery to me. The product switched on and displayed efficiency. I was immediately pleased and would like to thank Amazon for their utmost dedication in ensuring customer satisfaction. Great job Amazon.Totally worthless product. Please don't buy. I kept the product charging as per guidelines of 8 hours. I received the product in the afternoon so 8 hours later after charging, I decided to use the product the next day since it was late. Next day I switched on the product and used it for less than around 30 minutes and the battery was exhausted. Again I had to charge it for around 8 hours as it doesn't switch on before that. My second use was for around 5 - 7 minutes and the battery died in the middle of my trimming. Again I left it on charging. Now surprisingly the product doesn't even switch on after the scheduled charging time.Totally disappointed with it and surprised that Amazon advertises these worthless products. I can't even return the product as it says not returnable.A very dissatisfied customer.

Works fine. The charge lasts for nearly 40 min. The blades are gud and sturdy and they don’t pull hair. The 3 combs are also gud and sturdy. Had cut my own hair twice during this pandemic. Gud option to keep for self hair cut. Only thing which I din like was the length of the charging cable. It is very short I think it is only a meter long. At this price it is worth your money.

not very great but the jobs get done. the problem is that the hair stucks to much. we have to keep cleaning every now and then.OVERALL IT IS OKAY>>>>> MY JOB GOT DONE>>>>>>.

Please do not buy this product as its battery is of worst quality and not charging third time. I bought this produce in August last year and used only for trimming mustache once a week or so. The battery lasted for few month and I recharged it. Once gain battery lasted for few months and third time battery is not charging at all. I checked for warranty, but could not find any thing to complain even on Amazon. So thought of writing a product review giving it worst rating.

Today i got it...I was littile bit worried about the no return policy of the seller...But after using it now i can say that the product is awesome...The main unit and also the other tools are exactly same as shown here and in accurate condition...Overall the experience is more than good as i expected...And one more thing i used it 1 time smoothly just after 2hr of charging. . .Strongly recommend. . .

i opened the unit box. plastic parts are very brittle. i thought being a cheap quality, it may be like that. fully charged the unit and used for fifteen minutes.after one month i tried using it again. the unit does not start. i charged it again . it didi not start. tried again and again after a weeks gap. never started.This is in fully packed clean condition, used only once.Please check at your warehouse and never promote such products in Amazon. for us Amazon is a quality supply recommanding highly reputed organisation.Please collect it back to assertain my suggestions.i do not want any replacement or refund.please take it back and if my reasoning is genuine, donot suggest anybody to buy this..waiting for pickup time and dateGhouse
