Great quality works well as it should good value for money

Phone is immaculate, no scratches or marks on screen or body of the phone. Works well so far. Battery capacity is 82% but it’s charging and holding the charge well.Was delivered a day late but as I ordered Black Friday week I can’t complain. It was sent with DPD so the tracking was great.

Great unit and value for money. Only downside is late delivery. Still came in good condition with good “green” packaging hence 4 stars.

I recently used this item to take a picture in the pool on holiday, the phone was at no point fully submerged or used out of the parameters described it can be used in the product description. The phone stopped working shortly after and I attempted to return the item under the renewed guarantee, which specifies if the product does not work as expected within one year of purchase you are eligible for a refund.I was refused a refund from the seller as this was 'not covered' under the warranty and to take it up with Amazon, upon speaking with Amazon customer service staff I was told 'we have your back' and yet, on all channels I was strung along told it would be raised with 'this team' and 'that team' and then in the next breath told it wasn't covered nothing we can do and then hung up on TWICE!When I asked for proof that this was not covered I was told 'show me where it says it is'. - A completely unacceptable response.Whilst the phone was working fine initially, when the phone was no longer living up to the product description, the renewed warranty, help and service received was an absolute joke.USE CAUTION WITH THESE PRODUCTS, DO NOT TRUST THE RENEWED WARRANTY AND EXPECT LESS THAN HELPFUL SERVICE FROM AMAZON STAFF!
