Would Highly Recommend
Purchased the Eufy S11 with two batteries 6 weeks ago. This was our 4th cordless vac, but initial try with a Eufy. The Eufy was easy to make ready. I attached the storage rack to the wall in replacement of our previous vac. At first I thought I would be disappointed in having to plug in the battery to the charger line instead of being able to just slip the unit into the wall storage like my previous unit. Our actual manner of use has made this more of a convenience issue than a concern. We purchased the package with the second battery. We vacuum 2800 sq. ft. that is 50/50 carpet-rugs/hardwood. Our other units have always had a difficult time in getting the job completed in a single charge. One suggestion for Eufy would be to include an additional storage caddy for the second battery. I made one and attached it just below the storage caddy for the primary unit. This makes it quite convenient to move the charge cord from primary to the secondary battery. Battery Life: I've not measured the actual minutes of battery life because my speed usage varies every time I vacuum. I'm able to clean the hardwoods quite easily on the medium setting and utilize the high setting for our rugs and carpets, although oftentimes the medium setting is capable of cleaning the rugs. To switch to the secondary battery is simply a plug and go. I usually get 3/4 through a deep clean and have never run out of power with the second battery. When done, I typically remove the cannister from the power unit and twist the filter top and the lint, pet hair and dirt falls into the trash bin. There is also a flip lid like many other units but like the other units I found I was having to coax the lint and pet hair out into the trash bin. It only takes a few more seconds to remove and replace the cannister. It is also much easier to just deal with the collection cannister over the trash than the entire unit. Pros: Second battery option, utilize the carpet roller for both carpet and hardwoods - no scarring or scratches and does an awesome job on the hard surfaces, portable charge cable for 2 battery operation, LED light panel (This is probably my favorite amenity. Allows me to see, dust, lint and pet hair that I never saw with my previous units) and ability to remove collection cannister for dirt removalCons: One of the side glide strips has started to wear like mentioned in other reviews, lack of a storage caddy for the second batteryOverall we couldn't be happier with our Eufy vacuum and feel we got a quality unit at reasonable cost. Would definitely recommend as a replacement of other high end competitors.

Replaced a Dyson with this unit
Having been using this vacuum for a year now, I have to say that it's over all superior to the Dyson stick vac it replaced. The fit and finish isn't quite as good, and the medium suction is not quite as strong but the high setting seems comparable. The Dyson's fatal flaw was the battery pack. By the time it had reached a year of daily use, the stock battery was failing. Forty minutes of run time had dwindled to ten. It repeated the exact same cycle we had seen with cheaper $90 stick vacs from Costco, at five times the price. Dyson's $100 factory battery was a hard pill to swallow, and the quality of aftermarket batteries is comically bad.Enter Anker, by way of Eufy. Half the price with two swappable batteries? We took a shot on it, and Anker's battery expertise seems to have paid off. After a year of use neither pack seems to have degraded much at all, and a seasonal deep clean has kept it running as new. The dust bin is a bit odd, the trap door in the bottom doesn't work very well at all, but the top of the assembly comes off with a quarter twist and everything dumps out easily, and you can tap dust out of it that way, too.Long story short: It's half the price of a Dyson, but you aren't paying the Dyson tax so it's ultimately a superior product.

solid choice with some limitations
Okay I've used this thing almost daily for the last month+ so I thought I would leave a review for those who are wondering.TLDR: very fair vacuum for the price, a few minor annoyances, great attachmentsPros:1. The price for a stick vacuum with a 2and battery and useful attachments is very reasonable.2. the attachements! We have hardwood floors downstairs, carpeted stairs, and a hall rug. The eufy can easily transition between all these things. I primarily keep the hard floors brush on as it's what I use most, but the brush roller works pretty well on my stairs and rug. The stairs have become a breeze to quickly vacuum. I really like the automated hand brush for my couch, and recently the flexible tubing came in super handy to vacuum some fridge drawer crumbs.3. decent filters that can be cleaned. in fact, the whole thing is easy to take apart and wash up. the filters are a good part of what sets this one apart from the $100 vacuums4. The backup battery. If I'm being thorough (floors, stairs, rug, couch and chair, kitchen chairs sometimes), I nearly always have to replace the battery. Our downstairs is probably a little under 1k sq ft. We use a different, more powerful vacuum upstairs because its fully carpeted. Anyways, the spare battery is one of the best things about this vacuum because children and cats are messy. It definitely holds a charge long enough to quickly do all the floors on one charge though. When one runs out I quickly slide off the spent battery, plug it in, and slide on the full battery and resume.5. It works pretty well. Yes you can vacuum up cheerios with the regular floor attachment, though it might take a few passes. That's about the max size of what can be sucked up with the brush head...6. I never realized how much I was missing out without vacuum lights😆7. it is designed so you can set it up against/on a counter and it will stay there. -the front of the battery pack rests on top of a standard counter height.8. easy to take apart and clean or unclog debris that are too big9. decent docking station10. feels pretty well made with one exception (see below)11. my young boys like using it, especially when the main tube has been removed so it's their size, also its lightweight enough they can manage it12. canister size is acceptable. you might need to empty it mid cleaning if you're doing a large area or have pets, but for regular quick cleanups you probably wont have to.okay and now the cons/annoyances:1. you cant pick up very large things with it. the tube and vacuum head clearance space is larger than the connecting point to the canister. Also theres a 90° turn for things to go through a flap into the canister. For the most part, and general non child having people, this shouldn't be much of an issue. However I will 100% of the time 'go for it' to see if something will fit, so I partially bring this issue upon myself. If you have lots of cereal pieces (like cheerios for example) odds are you wont have an issue, but they might road block at the connecting point. you can tell when it happens and it simply requires removing the canister to unclog and/or dumping the vacuum body over the trash. Things that have gotten stuck in my vacuum include- too large chunk of dried playdoh, cereal traffic jam when I picked up too many too quickly, popcorn, a small piece of mulch, and a bread tie2. the flap covering the canister to vacuum body connection point (inside the canister) is shaped kind of strangely and collects dust along its corners that must be cleaned out occasionally. Its shape and placement aids clogs in happening. I'm not sure if it's supposed to fully cover the entry hole, but it doesnt. I had a $20bissel that could handle, without clogging, all kinds of "bigger" things (including an occasional piece or two of pinestraw) that this one cant.3. This obviously will be no match for an upright vacuum and thus stairs and rugs/other carpets should still have a more thorough deep cleaning every now and then. The high power function does a fair job but doesnt compare to full upright suction abilities and it sucks the battery. I have two cats and I find this fairly sufficient, but if you have animals that lose masses of long hair (ex. German shepards) I'd probably look elsewhere. In terms of power, It definitely is not as strong as a newer version dyson. It is probably on par with the older models like the 6 and 7. I cant say that with total accuracy though because I've not tested out those two dyson sticks in awhile or in my own home environment. Its sufficient for every day quick clean ups but it's not the end all be all.4. The one area that feels, and has proven to be cheapish is the silver filter cover and other silver painted areas. The silver comes off or scratches easily. It wouldn't have been an issue for me except, while vacuuming the dust off the tops of my cabinets I scraped the ceiling with the unit (it's kind of long and theres not a lot of clearance) and now I have a silver streak on my ceiling👎🏼. This isnt a deal breaker, but It is important to know the cons. The silver looks nice, but I'd have preferred the plastic to be totally silver or just kept white instead of painted.5. for some people the fact the docking station itself doesnt charge might bother some people but it's a nonissue for us.6. the trigger button does have a little bit of a plastic mold line/lip down the middle as some other reviews mentioned. Mine isnt too bad, but can be noticeable if I'm doing a lot of vacuuming. The trigger could definitely be improved by having a completely smooth button. Its not at all hard to pull back at least.7. edge suction could be improved but again, it's a stick vac so it's not going to compete with something more powerful. Fortunately you can pop off the roller head attachment and just use the tube along floor perimeters.8. a crevice attachment and soft round dusting brush would have been nice to have, even if as an inexpensive add on optionAll in all I think it is a solid buy. For the price you get a very acceptable vacuum with extra battery power, and lots of easy quick to change, functionally designed attachments. It cannot handle larger items without clogging but is easy to clear. If you have reasonable expectations of stick vacuums and understand their limitations for convenience trade off, you should be pleased with this one.I am giving it a 4 star rating because there can be some improvements, but it's more of a 4.5 star when all things have been considered.

Suction
Great vacuum. As much suction as the more expensive ones.

Better than that other popular brand with the D
Lights at the front are AWESOME for dark areas like under the couch.useful attachments, strong bracket. second battery is a GAME changer for larger scale homes or deep cleaning.best one ive used. and ive tried 3 or 4 stick vacuums.price point is more than reasonable (even at full price) if you can get it on sale, its a steal.

Nice vacuum!
I was very sceptical about the usefulness of a cordless vacuum, but my wife wanted one so I bought it for her. I'm glad I bought this one it has far exceeded my expectations. Very good suction and I haven't drained the battery yet!

Not powerful and malfunctions regularly
I recently tried to vacuum underneath a rug that had a bunch of dirt. It would pick it up but then spit it back out, like it wouldn’t suck it all the way in the barrel. I ended up having to use a broom. It also malfunctions regularly, where you have to just let it sit there for awhile to cool off I guess. Pretty useless. My 7000 Rupee vacuum worked better than this.
