Tracki 4G GPS Tracker - Subscription required - Real time Tracking Devices for Luggage, Trucks, Vehicles, Car, Kids, Dog Collar, Pets, Key, Bike. LTE with SIM card Unlimited Distance UK EU Worldwide came delivered the next day. This was packed along with others items to save packaging as I asked for. The Tracki needs a subscription as it works in GPS and needs to send a mobile sms . So far it has worked well for me as long especially when it goes to the garage for its usual MOTs and check ups. It gives all the details I am email though I have not yet managed to set it up to share which I should be doing soon. The only negative point is its battery needs charging every 4days whether the car is used or standing.This is a little pricy compared to others in the market but works well till now even their customercare is also good and is 24/7 as we called them at midnight and there was a nice lad who talked me thru it. Highly recommended for piece of mind.

I was in search of a unit I could hide on the bike and not connect directly to the battery (theft & battery drainage). The size and quality of the Tracki unit looks great and will be easy to hide on the bike. Have also purchased the waterproof magnetic case/extended battery, which is sizeable, and with a strong magnet embedded into the case. Unit came partly charged and full charge only took a few hours. App download and set up is really quite straight forward, quick and seemingly with great options re functionality and the annual subscription (£4.50 p/mth- 2yr option). The app showed the location of the bike in garage immediately and within a meter or two. I have, as yet, to take the bike & Tracki for a ride out as we are two weeks from Christmas with some tricky icy road conditions, so will endeavour to write a second review once properly tested. A rare and pleasant surprised was the phone call from Tracki re after sales support (within 36hrs of paying for the subscription) checking that all was in order with my new device and to register the lifetime warranty. Any issues in the future and I should not hesitate to call. Really rare service for what seems to be a well made unit that is inexpensive. I hope my second review will be as positive. Would not recommend. Numerous issues with the app, where do I start? Has a geofence feature that supposed to alert you if the tracker leaves the fenced area - you can only set this up on your current location so you have to physically go to anywhere you want fenced, but the feature doesn't work anyway. Numerous buttons on the app either don't work or you have to press numerous times to navigate around. The settings and features are clumsily arranged, very non-intuitive. The naming of features is also, shall we say, non-intuitive. Battery life of the tracker is laughable, down to 50% in one day. Loads of battery saver features and options, but, if you set the battery saver for 4 hours be prepared to not have access to that tracker again till you get your hands on it and can manually wake it up. Set mine for 4 hours at half 9 this morning, its now 6 hours on and nothing. Keeps telling me it has 45 mins more of 'sleep' time. There has clearly been rounds of development with this thing involving different developers because terminology keeps changing, for the same thing, the more you read help articles and instructions. All in all a highly frustrating and ineffective tracker. Will probably be asking for a refund. AVOID.

I am really impressed with this tracker so far. It was so easy to set up with a sturdy app. The different accessories (belt clip, silicon case with lanyard, magnet) are really great. The tracker has been quite reliable in wooded and rural areas (UK). I would recommend buying a longer-lasting battery as the battery life for the standard battery is quite short. The longer life battery is about the same price as the unit itself but that is still good value for money. You do need a subscription but you can get monthly which is reasonable, as well as longer plans.

I needed a device to give to my son while we were on vacation in Walt Disney World, Florida. He has SEND issues and so has a tendency to run when spooked or stressed. This device, which we fastened to a lanyard with all his flair badges, meant that we could keep track of him. We told him it was an SOS button (because that's what it looks like) not a tracker, so it was for him to use if he got lost. He did run off once or twice and hit the button once he was calmed down. (Most of the time he was distracted by a parade or some other show in the Magic Kingdom.) But it meant that we didn't worry when he ran. (If we chase after him, he runs faster. The Tracki means he never goes very far.) He also now carried it with him at school; we have clipped it to his belt with some left over keyring attachments. It would be useful to have some additional means to attach it in with the package (especially for a little boy) but it's been a real life saver. The app works well too. Really good for someone like me who used a Samsung Galaxy phone running Android. I'm sure Apple Airtags are good but this suits me much better.

I really like this little device. I have it in my car which has had 2 theft attempts. Very easy to use, comes with a whole array of accessories including a magnet. You can pay a significant amount for a factory fitted antitheft and tracking system, but this, which using the magnet is hidden in the boot, will not be found. I used the rubber casing and the magnet accessory to conceal it. Product arrived very quickly, set up was very easy and it can be configured to track with minimal battery use. I put it in my car over a week ago, I have used the car twice and its still has 47% battery. My only gripe would be the huge array of options in the App with different types of alarm messages and tracking features, it can be a bit confusing. Price was very cheap. Subscription is necessary but the longer the period, the less you pay. I will be getting more of these trackers.

You can only use this tracker if you plan on tracking for less than a day (around 8 hours). The battery is tiny and doesn’t last longer, which is incredibly frustrating. This is especially annoying given their subscription fees, which are among the most expensive for similar devices. Considering the short battery life, this tracker is absolutely useless as a safety device for kids, especially for those in school. You simply can’t rely on it for extended periods. It’s also worth mentioning that the device has an old-fashioned micro USB port, making it feel outdated. The Android app is another letdown - it lacks modern design elements, doesn't have unified Android functionality, and looks quite outdated. To top it all off, the SMS feature, which is promised in various parts of the product specs, original listing, and other places, does not work in the UK. And yes, they know about this issue! Would I recommend it? No, definitely not! Save your money and look elsewhere. --------UPD 27/07/2025 I was quite surprised by the level of customer support! It's the first time I've seen a manufacturer take such a serious and genuine interest in the details of my user experience. We've agreed to give the device a second chance, considering my specific usage needs and the technical capabilities of the tracker. We're heading to Turkey soon, and there won't be a need for long battery life - we'll be staying at a very large hotel, so tracking for a few hours will be sufficient. Given the company's attention to customers and genuine desire to improve their products, I'm willing to continue exploring effective ways to use the tracker for our specific situations and see if we can find matching use cases.

This device is very well made. Very responsive and the app set-up is easy and straight forward! Ive looked around a lot of places/websites for a decent tracker for my sons new bike. In the last week. The good reviews caught my eye and at that price i wasn't afraid to give it a try. Unboxed the device and was shocked with the good quality all the extras are very well thought of. Well done team! Would recommend to anyone looking for a good quality tracker that needs to be small and compact.

Après avoir testé plusieurs traqueurs par le passé, ce produit est une véritable révélation pour moi. Non seulement il est intuitif, mais il est également fourni avec une carte SIM, un détail souvent négligé par d'autres fabricants. Certains pourraient hésiter à cause de l'abonnement mensuel, mais pour un montant allant de 14 € à 18 €, il offre un service mondial illimité, ce qui est inestimable lors de mes déplacements internationaux. La précision de la localisation est impressionnante, me permettant de localiser mes biens précieux à environ 2 mètres près, ce qui est rassurant lorsque je voyage avec des équipements coûteux. L'abonnement peut être annulé à tout moment, ce qui offre une grande flexibilité. Le prix de lancement sur Amazon, à seulement 19 €, est incroyablement compétitif ; à mon avis, ce traqueur pourrait facilement coûter le triple. L'utiliser avec mon chien lors de nos sorties à la plage a également été une bénédiction. La plage étant un espace vaste, il est rassurant de savoir que je peux le localiser en cas de besoin. En paramétrant le traqueur en temps réel pour mon chien, la batterie tient tout de même 2 à 3 jours, ce qui est largement suffisant pour le retrouver en cas de perte pendant nos sorties. L'application est non seulement user-friendly, mais aussi extrêmement complète. Le service client est aussi digne de mention pour son efficacité. Un mot sur la batterie : sa durée de vie est impressionnante si vous ajustez correctement les paramètres. Il est inutile d'avoir une mise à jour de la localisation toutes les minutes. Pour mon utilisation personnelle, un rafraîchissement toutes les 2 à 3 heures suffit amplement, permettant à la batterie de durer jusqu'à trois mois. C'est tout simplement incroyable. En somme, ce produit offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix et je le recommande vivement à tous ceux qui cherchent un traqueur fiable. C'est sans aucun doute un produit 5 étoiles pour moi.

Preso a dicembre, provato solo ora che siamo in Agosto. Comprato per vedere la posizione esatta di mio figlio in gita ( saltata), ho fatto ora l'abbonamento di un mese con possibilità di aggiornamento ogni 15 secondi, dato che ci sposteremo, e provandolo posso dire che è molto preciso nella localizzazione. Non prende bene nei parcheggi sotterranei dei centri commerciali, ma fino all'ingresso da pienamente il suo lavoro. Consente anche ( in modalità traker) di vedere il percorso fatto, anche se questa modalità consuma un pochino più la batteria, anche perché lascia il tutto nella cronologia, se invece si usa solamente come rilevatore di posizione c'è un grande risparmio di batteria, ma non lascia traccia in cronologia delle posizioni o tragitti eseguiti, da solo la posizione in tempo reale premendo sul tasto aggiornamento. La durata della batteria dipende tutto da come si usa, io ad ora lo sto stressando parecchio, e sono già 2 giorni pieni di utilizzo al max delle prestazioni ed sto a poco più del 20%, quindi usandolo magari solo come rilevatore di posizione sicuramente si superano i 4 o 5 giorni di utilizzo ( ovviamente più volte si aggiorna la posizione, più batteria si consuma in qualsiasi modalità di utilizzo) Concludendo, che dire, rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo, precisione anche, abbonamento per la scheda SIM ( integrata) con grande possibilità di scelta su varie fasce di prezzo e di durata. Lo consiglio vivamente e per i veicoli, o anche se dovete tracciare la posizione di qualcuno ( esempio gita del figlio)
