NeoStrata Sheer Physical Protection SPF 50, 1.7 oz

This sunscreen is made by the same company, contains the same ingredients and has the same SPF 50 PA++++ rating, as my favorite mineral sunscreen Exuviance, for a few dollars less. I wear sunscren on my face every day, rain or shine, year round and I have quite a collection of mineral sunscreens. This sunscreen is tinted, but is just tinted enough to take away the white cast that a lot of mineral sunscreens have. I am fair skinned with blue eyes and the tint is not too dark for me. And if I'm just out running errands, I feel like this looks good enough to wear on it's own. I have dry skin and this formulation is light and elegant and doesn't make skin feel tight and dry. It has a thin, watery consistency that makes it apply and blend easily. It does well under makeup but does need a few minutes to dry before applying liquid foundation . I highly recommend this product especially if you have dry/mature skin. You can't beat the price on Amazon, especially with free 2 day shipping with Amazon Prime.

This is an amazing spf. Easy to apply and very protective. The tnt was perfect for me. Some people complain that it is dark but I have a fair complexion and loved the color. The consistency is very watery so you can apply in easily. Now the cons. If you have dry skin you may find it too drying, what can leave your skin looking chalky. Another con (that it is actually proof of how good it work as a physical barrier) is how long it takes it to remove it from the skin every night. Besides those two factors I have to say that this is one of the best mineral sunscreens I have ever used.

This is a great option for people looking for a sheer mineral sunblock with excellent protection. It dries down natural on the skin and plays well with most of my liquid foundations. My only gripe is that this product is slightly drying on the face (as is with most mineral sunblocks). But sadly, this will not work out for those with dry skin people, especially not during winter!

Product very watery, but since the packaging was extremely worn, I can't say for sure if it was the original product in the bottle. Product was also going to expire very soon, according to the bottle. I returned product.

I really love NeoStrata, great company, great products. I have been using them for over 25-years! This one is new to me but is no exception. I thought it too runny at first, but quickly became used to it. Will use this regularly now and so should you!!!

Huge fan!! I was not sure how such a high spf would feel on my face, but it is actually VERY sheer. There is a slight tiny to it, but as you can tell by my pictures it's more like a BB or CC cream and evens tone more than covers. It does calm down my natural redness a little and covers the circles under my eyes a little. This will make an excellent base for foundation or to be used alone on more casual days. It leaves my skin soft and smooth. Not sticky or tacky at all like most sunblocks leave my face. I use this after my neostrata wash and a retinol serum.

Thank you so much for creating this formula. I have sensitive skin and did not breakout with this. Also doesn't "pill" when re-applying or smudging a little which is a huge plus.

I like, that it is not oily, but it kind of makes my skin whiter, gives me like a white coating, if i apply make up it goes away, though
