No, it's made up of hard plastic and you need a strapping device. These straps are frequently seen when you order bulk box such refrigerator or TV

Do you have these straps in White ?

It is white color, it should be 3/4 inch to fit a strapping device

Can this be used with plastic buckles?

Yes, it can. However, since it is the most heavy-duty PP strapping with 600 lbs strength, the plastic buckle will only provide around 60-80 lbs of break strength. With this strapping, we recommend open seals or regular-duty metal wire buckles. And if the 600 lbs strength is not required, then you can use with 300 lbs strapping that you can find in our Amazon store
