I bought this laptop in December and I've waited 2 months to give you guys an overall review about this machine. It is absolutely an incredible laptop, perfect for gaming. The screen is so good with accurate RGB colours (98%), the keyboard is excellent for typing and for gaming as well. The build quality is one the best on its class, very close to the razeblade 15. If you guys want a premium gaming laptop with outstanding performance and good build quality then this is the one to go. The only drawbacks are that it gets hot when you are gaming and it has a bit louder fans than the rest of laptops. For me, these are not big concerns because I did some under volting on the CPU and CPU Cashe. I have the i7-10875 - RTX 2060 variant. The temperatures used to be 85-100 (yeap 100!) celcius before undervolting. After undervolting it went to 65-80 when gaming. You need to do some undervolting if you want to prolong your laptops lifetime but before you do check up your CPU characteristics before you start undervolting. Each laptop is different and undervolting is not the same for every one. Watch some youtube videos. Other than this laptop is a beast!! You will be very satisfied when you have it trust me, especially if you are a hardcore gamer!

It is an excellent product, I have it for 3 months and I use it all day. it promises what they offer, a good buy with the i7 10875H 8-core 16-wire processor and RTX 2060 6GB. Temperatures are low and good fps, games like call of duty warzone max out at 65 degrees (with battery only) and 85 degrees (with charger connected) on the CPU.In short, it's an excellent purchase, it is powerful, efficient and with an elegant design although the design is something personal, it depends on the taste of here one but focusing on the technical characteristics all very good, the only defect would be its autonomy that when playing with at 100% charge you will get 1 hour 30 minutes at most, although of course, if you are going to demand the ideal is that you use it connected to take care of the battery and extend its useful life.Apart from that, if you use it casually, browse, watch videos, etc., if you set it to energy saving mode, it can give you up to approximately 5 hours of autonomy. A little more a little less depending on the tasks you are doing. Not bad for the hardware it carries.I hope this little review is helpful to someone.EDIT 25/03/2022: I edit the review from a year ago, I have had this PC for a year and the truth is that it is going quite well although the thermal paste that comes from the factory is not of good quality. in about 5 months the temperatures began to go to the roof, although of course, I have given it a demanding use without rest, it is normal.The ideal thing I recommend is to change the thermal paste for a good quality one and problem solved, the performance will remain the same as the first day.After changing the thermal paste I had no problem again and for the more experienced I recommend using liquid metal.

Ok ill be honest i really expected the speakers to be at least alright but boy was i wrong. The bass is nonexistent the sound makes my ears bleed tbh and the battery life is about 3-4hrs max while using it and 2-3 while gaming. the rest is pretty good, fps are nice ,the display is nice, the keyboard rgb is good, fans are ok . this is the best cop for this price range though if u wanna spend a little more money i would go for the razer blade 15.

I was having a doubt to buy this laptop from overseas, but the price of it and its specs are irresistible.This pc has all what I want and a lot more.Yes its loud and runs hot but its something reasonable for an 8 cores processor.I ran benchmarks and the temps are around 86 C.Best gaming laptop for the money. Better than Razer blade 15 base model 2020.One more thing the built quality is amazing.The Speakers are garbage, but its a gaming laptop.

The MSI GS66 is a fantastic laptop which is not only super thin and lightweight, but it also performs very well. Whether comparing typical laptop uses or gaming, this laptop is consistent in being a reliable tool for all your needs. Being that it is lightweight, the maximum setting for the cooling fans may be necessary for beefier games such as Subnautica. The cooling fans are on the bottom of the laptop, so make sure there’s space for ventilation. Battery life is decent, but the laptop can perform better when plugged in. The trackpad is also very comfortable to use, but I prefer using an actual mouse (not necessary but still a good investment). All in all, I highly recommend this laptop for the person who wants a laptop to do work/ school and gaming in a very lightweight package that makes commuting easier.

We did all the research and this seemed to be the most top rated gaming laptop out there to fit our needs. We purchased this on March 29,2021 for a birthday gift for our son. We paid $1,399.00 + $183.00 for the Asurion Protection Plan. Our son LOVES THIS LAPTOP...until this past weekend, that is. It started overheating this past saturday and then shuts down. It WILL restart but then the frustrating cycle of overheating/shutting down keeps happening. This is happening less than 14 months of purchasing! I filed a claim with Asurion and they said to call MSI. MSI tells me it's no longer covered. We call Asurion back and they tell us they are going to send us a box to return the laptop and then it needs to get fixed and it "generally" takes EIGHT to TEN business days after receipt to get it fixed and shipped back. So we're going to be out of our laptop for potentially two to four weeks. This is incredibly disappointing.

I did not like the loud noise the cooler makes. But all the rest was good... Just the Noise .. Returned..

So far I am absolutely loving my MSI Stealth. This is the first gaming PC I've owned and it really is incredible. At 240hz resolution it performs like a charm. So much cooler and controlled than my previous laptop. I'm so excited to game on this beast and will be using it for school as well. I've noticed that the fan does get a little loud, but overall the laptop far exceeds my expectations.
