Durable and easy to use . Accurate readings

This thing was so inexpensive and it seems to be accurate. Only thing is that it loses calibration quickly. Not sure why. Does the screw come loose just sitting in the case? I just calibrate it quickly with some calibration solution. Kinda annoying, but hey this thing was so inexpensive.

Easy to use and accurate

Been using the old hydrometers where you fill it with water and watch the plastic needle move to the salinity reading. Had three and they all read differently. Was afraid I wouldn’t be able to use this or calibrate if necessary. Boy was I wrong. I tested the calibration and it was spot on. Then it was even easier to get a reading of salinity. Won’t go without one of these for as long as I have my saltwater tank.
