Its pretty nice, and for the price its GREAT.
I got this for my 8 Yr old for his birthday.. He loves playing Lacrosse, and LOVES shooting on this goal.. Its Light enough that I can move it by myself for him, but its easier when he helps, and help he does.. The net was great quality, and I love the lacing bars.. The ONLY reason I gave it a 1 star deduction was that Part C and D when fit together and the bolt that held them together the hole was not threaded for the side the bolt supplied.. I was going to go to the hardware store and get a slightly larger bolt, but once I laced it up the netting held it together without any excessive wobble.. The lacing takes a bit of time, but its like that on any decent goal..

Solid
I was a little worried about ordering this item based on some of the earlier reviewers who said they didn't receive the net, only the frame. I didn't have that issue. The frame and the net came in separate boxes of the same delivery. The frame is made from solid, heavy gauge steel. It comes in six pieces that slide together easily and are secured by allen bolts that screw into the threaded frame bars. The frame has bars welded on the back that are used to attach the net. The net I received seems better than the one in the picture. It is made from heavy duty twine and reinforced bindings. It came with two lengths of cord to attach it to the frame. My only complaint is that there were no instructions included as to how to actually do this. But, using some common sense, I got it done in a couple of hours. I started in the middle of the crossbar and worked my way to the right, looping the cord through the frame bars and every other square of the net at the outer binding. Keeping the net tight around the corners takes some effort. Make sure you get it right before continuing, as having to backtrack is a pain. When I got to the middle of the back of the frame, I tied the cord off and had so much remaining that for the 2nd cord I looped the cord thru every square of the net instead of every other. I figured this would make the net that much stronger, but who knows. It certainly takes a lot longer. There is just enough cord to pull it off. Overall I am happy with the purchase. For the money, I don't think you can find a better goal out there.

Great Practice Goal
you wont find a better practice lacrosse goal for this price anywhere! I was concerned about the reviews claiming the net never showed up, but was pleasantly surprised when it was delivered in two boxes and one box had the net, which by the way is very robust.tubing has just enough weight and strength to take on HS aged shooters without denting so my 12 year old will get plenty of life out of this goal.as the other reviewers stated the steel is powder coated orange and the welds appear to be of good quality. the one area to look out for is in the welds or more specifically the alignment of the top cross bar corners. my welded corners were not exactly straight but good enough to retain the 5 star rating. one corner appearded to have a slight dent in it but I think it is a factory straightening procedure, it was painted overthe assembly was easy for the tubing, good fit on the screw holes and everyone threaded smoothly! the net takes a long time to attach correctly! and dont do it on your lawn if you have a bunch of leaves and twigs lol. get a stool or turn the goal flat with something to raise the bar a few inches off the ground.go on line and search for a video which demonstrates how to interlock the netting to the welded wires. do each hole in the net near the corners then skip one or two a foot away from the corners.very pleased with this purchase

Pieces missing from box, but I don't think it was the manufacturers fault.
Great product, but it looks like someone returned it and Amazon did not check the box before sending it out again. There are pieces missing. This is something that will not be easy to return. Very bulky. Tall and heavy. Box was retaped and cannot be reused for return.

Good quality easy setup
Bought this for Christmas for my older son. This thing is solid and the net is strong. A few points:1. The net comes in a different box from the Goal frame so expect two boxes. The net itself is strong enough for high speed throws. One piece of advice when you run the rope alternatively through the net and the rings on the frame you attach The net to the frame is to not do extra loops of the rope on the metal rings of the frame. The net will stay in place without that, still avoiding gaps balls can fly through, and you will have enough length of rope to attach the entire net to the frame. You'll see what I mean when you are at this point in assembling this goal.2. The frame is heavy (and the paint appears thick; we'll find out soon enough) so while the u-spikes to hold it to the ground are nice, I'm not sure they are needed for most practice play. It is very well constructed, the five pieces of frame and the bolts connecting the them fit perfectly, and the included hex key was fine. The whole thing took only about 15 minutes to put together. We even got an email from the seller, WSports, asking if everything arrived okay. What a different experience from the jumpsport trampoline we also bought from amazon, but that is a different story (and definitely worth reading when I get that up if you are in the market for a trampoline).I recommend this goal and WSports/ojcommerce as a seller. Couldn't have been a better transaction.
