This is one heavy duty bar. I absolutely love it.

Looks well made, the gripping is awesome, it fits perfect in my hands, perfect for me, I am 6 ft 5 in tall ,with big hands, and it feels perfect and also is better for the isolation of the muscle you working on.

Great product. My only complaint is the part that attaches to the cable is very small and it is difficult to attach it to the cables at the gym and it a pain to get it off the cable once it has been attached.

I have an extensive home gym with Rogue Fitness equipment and other quality items. This bar is really good for working the lats and is a great addition to my gym.I have never used these types of bars before. As a result, my back muscles were sore ( in a good way) the next day from the workout with this bar. It provides good rage of motion and it feels real good in your hands.I think it's a good investment

I am very happy with this purchase. The bar is very well made and has just the right angle for your hands once you grab it. It was delivered quickly and packaged well. My only criticism is I should have purchased the wider bar. That is my fault. I will buy the wider model in the future.
