Game of Thrones: The Complete Collection (4K Ultra HD)

We found issues with two of the discs in this set. This series is 8 seasons long, so there are quite a few discs to get through, and it isn't something we can do in a short amount of time. I had looked at each disc when they arrived to check for scratches, and they were all scratch free. Even so, two discs had issues that interfered with our ability to watch certain episodes. I contacted the seller, and heard back from them in less than 12 hours. They were very willing to work with me to resolve this issue, and I received a new set in a reasonable amount of time. I had concerns over what the warranty would be for the new set, as once again, this is a long series and it would take us quite a bit of time to watch every disc. I was sent the new set, and allowed to keep the old one, in case there were any issues with the new ones. I can switch them out with the old set. I am very impressed with this seller's willingness to try to fix this issue. I will buy from them again, and recommend them based on this experience with their customer service.

Read This! Great Service and Refund 5 STARS but you need to check each DVD on receipt 1 STAR. I should have followed other reviewers advice to check each DVD. I watched the first season with no issues so thought I was good to go. Problems started with second season with about half the discs not working. Then started checking discs using my Samsung DVD/Blueray surround system, a laptop, and an LG stand alone DVD/Blueray player. About 1 of 3 in later seasons did not work. The bad discs failed in each of the 3 devices so my experience was that checking multiple players was not value added. Bad Discs would not load at all so just take about 5 minutes a disc to check. Seller refunded the purchase price. Will buy from another source.

I like these movies with one exception all the disks are too dark you can't hardly see w h at is going on in them. They are very poor quality

I am a huge fan of the show following it as it aired. Best ending ever too! The quality of the picture is amazing the dolby atmos is mandatory for the experience. At the end of each season on the last disc are a special called histories and lore which is an animation narrated by actual characters starring from the show. Nothing wrong with that aspect of the product and it's amazing. I HAVE HAD TWO SETS NOW Two types of defect the first and foremost. Non Loading discs. Originally these discs did not play episodes and showed to have a malfunctioning main menu, however, after getting through season eight those discs just no longer booted. The second type is the crashing chapter defect. Where an entire chapter usually cannot be played and/ or would crash out to main menu. I do not keep track of the few slow downs, slightly skipping stuttering defects if it's just a spot and the chapter remained viewable then it was not logged. Maybe two or three each set. The Set 1 had a total of 9 discs that were defective with 4 non viewable discs and the second set has 10. The entire third season had been non watchable on Set 1 and on Set 2 is the entire second season. Set 1 had 4 total non bootable discs while Set 2 had more spread out defects across all episodes where whole chapters either crashed out or had to be skipped entirely. Both sets had perfect season 8's and had near or all perfect seasons mixed in. The point to this review is did you watch all your discs? Not stream them off your digital copy or fall asleep and wake up and turn off the tv? Did you at least spot check all the discs? PRO TIP I learned this half way my second set. If a chapter is going to freeze, be unplayable, or has aminor skipping if you fast forward through each the episodes (not Play all) the disc will stop scanning forward or on rewind when it hits a bad chapter or scene within the chapter. This is the only motivation I now have for picking up a THIRD set knowing I can review through it quickly, without letting each chapter play for several minutes.

I read all the reviews on other peoples orders. I was a bit scared incase I also got damaged DVDs. I wanted to own this set and checked out other sellers and the reviews were just as bad for some customers. I got a perfect set from this seller. We just finished GOT and it was so awesome. My favorite series of all time.

I did get this on time and it was packaged well as far as getting it here. I haven’t watched any of it yet, but I did check and I have all the series and episodes. I didn’t give a 5 star review for two reasons. First, the writing on each disc is difficult to see. I have to turn it with light reflecting off it to see the identifying info. Secondly, the plastic holders inside that holds the DVD’s are flimsy and some of the “pages” I cannot get to snap into place. They are sitting unsecured where they should be in the series. Bec of those two reasons, if you have children around that could get into it and scatter the DVD’s by just opening a series and them falling out, you could wind up with damaged, scratched and/or broken DVD’s and it will take a bit to figure out which DVD goes where to put it back together in order. If how the DVD’s are secured is important to you, pass on this box and buy one of the more expensive sets. Hopefully they are secured better than these.

O box 4K vem com a série completa, com opção de áudio e legenda em português. A arte do box é muito bonita, fica muito legal na estante. Em relação a qualidade de áudio e video, não tenho muito o que comentar. Apenas se você tiver uma boa TV 4K compensaria compra este box, pois senão você não conseguiria tirar do melhor da qualidade de áudio e video. Áudio original em Dolby Atmos é sensacional!

A bunch of the discs do not work, and other reviews say this as well. Is the seller passing around the same faulty version or are there just a lot of faulty sets and no validation method? Very disappointed as it was supposed to be a gift.

I bought this as I'd been after the complete series for a while now. Although they are a US import, they played fine on a UK PS5 The UK version is £200, with the only difference being the "digital" versions (that require you to sign up to a service and watch through their website) don't work. Great quality for one of the best series (excluding the last year) ever made.
