I brought this and it was easy to set up and works really well I keep it in my bedroom and leave it on all night it has helped with my cough

The media could not be loaded.  I have really severe hayfever, so bad that I need an inhaler only during the summer months.I bought this air purifier because this year my hayfever has been worse than ever before, probably due to the grass not being cut in lockdown.The fact this came with hepa air filters was important to me as I didn't want to spend alot of money on an inferior product.I can honestly say it has helped me massively. I've not had to use my inhaler once since I've had it.The sleep mode is ridiculously quiet, my partner could not even tell it was on.I have attached a video showing the sound of high low and medium fan settings and also sleep mode. The video also shows the lights turning off while on sleep mode which is great as you have no leds to keep you awake.I leave mine on auto during the day and sleep mode at night and it's been great.I even used it to get rid of a musty smell from a cupboard that hadn't went away ki matter what I had tried. I just turned the negative ion function in and left the air purifier in the cupboard for a couple of hours and it was gone!It is actually really light which is great for maneouverability.it looks really sleek and modern too.It is definitely worth the cost and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

We got an air purifier for our living room, about a year or so ago, and it has been excellent. However, it wasn't cheap (£400). I wanted something similar for our new bedroom, but at significantly less cost. It also needed to look good and - hopefully - be quiet, so it could be run at night while we sleep. I really liked the compact, curved, design of this unit along with the LED readout telling you the exact air quality. Also, the price (under £100) was very appealing! This was easy to install and use - just unpack and insert the filters, and you're ready to go. The unit is solid but also very light, and I can move it around with a couple of fingers of one hand. In normal operation, it's pretty quiet and you wouldn't notice it unless you were standing in front of it. The LED colours give you an instant view of your air quality, and the touch controls work well. At night, when the slightest sound or light will wake my wife up the 'sleep mode' setting is brilliant. The fan still runs, but at a very low setting, and all the display lights turn off. The only thing missing is a remote, but it's not desperately needed, and you can't complain at this price. I think this unit is a bargain, and does a really good job.

Was worried about the air quality monitor being a gimmick but can confirm it works, after spraying deodorant behind it the indictor went from blue to green and then to red after about 20 seconds took about 4-7 minutes to get back to blue. Also have a Homedics Air purifier which is a lot noisier on each setting and doesn't have the carbon filter (which seems to have removed the deodorant smell after about 5-10 mins on auto mode around the room), which is why I purchased this product. I noticed a strange plastic smell from the exhaust but I believe this is normal at first after some research hoping this will go away after a few days of use. Haven't had it for long (one day) but will update in the future :)Update:The strange plastic smell has persisted and through a test, I ran the purifier without the filter in it and there is no smell, meaning the smell is being emitted from the filter it's self sadly. I may return the product if it doesn't go away in the next few days. Reduced from 5 to 4 stars.Further update: Had to return as the smell sadly did not go away.

I smoke but confine my smoking to one room and the smell is noticeable in the morning. With the purifier on automatic during the day the difference is amazing. I can highly recommend this machine for its efficiency and value for money.

I had needed a replacement for a very old machine I had. I have a large living room and wanted something that would cope easily. I have 4 cats and three dogs. My brother in law suffers from allergies and I suffer from hayfever.I have been switching this on for at least two hours before I get visitors and it is helping to reduce the allergy symptoms my bro in law gets. I have noticed there are less cooking smells in the house too.I really like the sleep mode as I can program it to clear the air for an amount of time and leave it unattended. This means I don't forget to switch it off.The LCD panel is clear and easy to read from across the room it's really easy to use and set up. Literally get it out of the box an turn it to on. I am happy with the price of this and it's a good build quality.

For the past few months my husband has felt that the air quality in our bedroom was causing poor sleep, waking with a dry mouth and feeling stuffy with difficulty breathing. Our son has used an air purifier as he has asthma and finds it helpful so we decided to try the Himox model as it had all the features and was a good price. I was particularly interested in the eco motor for lower running costs (I hope!). We noticed the difference after the first night - my husband was very impressed! I wish we had one of these months ago. Obviously I have only been using it for a few days so I can’t comment on filter life and running costs but so far so good. I would like to point out that the customer service is excellent as well. My husband and I both highly recommend this. I forgot to mention - it’s incredibly quiet on low speed/sleep mode.
