Casio G-Shock GWFA1000-1A2 Frogman Blue Mens Watch

Very well built
This is a higher end (built in Japan) Casio, which is very evident in the better build quality than other G-Shock watches I have used. The analog hands are super easy to read. This is not a dive computer, but it has great features like dive mode timer, dive log, tide indicator, and is ISO rated. Great for snorkeling or any watersports you can think of, or backup for a dive computer. If you wear reading glasses or have bad up close vision you might have trouble seeing detail on the tide indicator. BLUF this is a nearly indestructible, quality made sport watch. It's expensive for a Casio but I see where the money went, I would buy it again.

Not Waterproof
This watch is not waterproof, which is a key feature in a diving / tough watch. Went swimming once in a 5 foot swimming pool. At this price the watch should have not filled with water. I love the watch, but can not leave a positive review due to the defect

Item not as billed
Expensive Casio FROGMAN watch was listed as being in new condition but arrived with obvious signs of wear on the bezel and strap. Box also appeared worn and used. Will be returning for a refund.

Extremely beautiful, not so big....
This watch is gorgeous and feels premium. The color way of the 1A2 (blue) is the best in my opinion. The watch feels lite, no where as heavy or big as my rangeman 2 (that is huge and heavy enough to knock someone out with if you ever needed a weapon), but the frogman is solid but I thought it would have been heavier and would have made more of an imprint on my wrist but it doesn’t. My only concern is the watch band. The plastic feels cheap to me and I am already afraid that it will crease from where I’ll be wearing it and it feels like it will break, mind you I just re dived the watch today and haven’t even worn it yet, just been putting it on and off so pulling on the band gives me these worries already, if it lasts a year I’d be highly surprised. Other than that I think you can wear this on a daily basis (just worried about the on and off again action of the band), it’s classy enough for the office, out doors and I think it will be fine to wear for casual events. I don’t dive or swim in the ocean a lot, but I have always wanted a Frogman and this is the newest and first analog so I’m in. Also my wrist is 8.5 inches. Also for $800, you’d think they would give you much better presentation other than a cheap tin box that the US. version comes in. The Japan models come in a much better and elegant box to match the price...

Watch Filled with Moisture, Never Cleared Even After Being in Repair for Four Months
Very disappointed with this watch considering the price paid. Only had the watch in swimming pool or jacuzzi and it started fogging up. Returned it under warranty to the authorized Casio Watch repair service center for Canada. Was with them for four months and as far as I can tell they basically replaced every internal working part of the watch. Had it back for one month, and same thing happened - watch filled with moisture and is essentially unusable. In short, had this watch for 18 months with 4 months in service center and it has never been clear of moisture.

Great addition for G-shock collectors
A very nice and expensive watch. Always wanted to get a frogman to place beside my mudmaster and gravitymaster collections. Majority of the watch’s features have to be connected with the phone. One pet peeve i wish it had was the hourly SIG functionality and the volume to the alarm could be a little louder.Small nitpicks but I still love the watch.
