Awesome Reproduction
OK, I'm not an expert on Spartan shields but from what I see in books and the "300" movie this is a good reproduction, and a great production considering its price. Cheers!

Good shield for costume and wall hanging
The shield is decent quality. Solid construction. Paint had some minor chips on it upon arrival.Initially, the shield was advertised as coming with a sword. But upon arrival, no sword to be found.I contacted customer service who was very helpful and send me at no charge another sword, although it wasn’t a Spartan sword, but a Roman sword, which didn’t help for my costume, so I had to buy a sword somewhere else. It was appreciated they went out of their way to try to solve the issue.Overall happy with the shield and the customer service.

Big enough to shield an adult body size

I bought the shield for my man on his birthday. His sister bought him the sword and I got him this. He loves the movie 300. He was very happy with it and says that it is made out of great quality material.
