Love my new auger and attachments!
Arrived in two different deliveries, the augers then the top motor drive. Works great and I only wish they had figured a reverse button which would be great when you need to back out. That’s my only issue. If you want a tough machine that starts very easily and you can dig holes so fast, then this machine is for you. You won’t regret it!

Amazing product
This auger is light weight and powerful. Had to drill holes to fence in over and acre. Most auger are much heavier and only 42 cc. We have used the 12inch and 8 inch bits and it works amazing

Great product
Use this for the standard fence posts..but I use it most to bore holes for new plants. My 4 star for easy to us is because i have difficulty holding it steady to pull start it. I jamb it against a fence post which helps. Being 74 doesn't help either!

crap
I did 2 holes and it broke. It makes a clanking sound and stopped working. I had to end up digging holes by hand to finish planting my trees.I bought it a few months ago but just now was I able to do the garden work so it's too late for returns. I would not recommend this product. It's a piece of junk. A real waste of time and money.

Easier than expected
The media could not be loaded. Was pleasantly surprised. We have very thick clay (Eastern Tennessee) along with existing trees (potential roots where we needed holes). It took some effort, but was a one-man job.Note: It had been raining for 2 days before attempting. We thought this would make it easier, but I think dry clay may have been better. The wet clay did stick a bit.

Pull Cord Will Not Retract
I used this Auger for 10 holes since I bought in early July 2023. Now today the draw cord will not retract. In trying to fix, the spring coil came apart. Apparently, the inside hook of the spring coil loses traction with its plastic housing. After pulling the pull cord, the hook loses it's grip with the inside slot on the plastic cap. Overtime then the pull cord will not retract and then the plastic housing gets "frozen" in place. To fix, you have to take apart and rebend the inside hook on the spring coil. Unfortunately, this means you have to "recoil" the spring coil and that can be tough to do. I think this particular setup is very poor and considering the cost of the Auger, the manufacturer needs a serious robust redesign. So my warning is to just beware and if anyone else had this problem then please post. That said, the Auger worked well and I liked the various Auger attachments and sped my project up greatly. But from the get go, this pull cord was very tough to pull but I managed by using short even pulls without jerking or over torquing the pull.I give the Auger itself 5 stars for use, manuverability in small spaces, excellent digging power and nice versatility. But the pull cord is it's weak link and without it the Auger becomes useless. So that said, I will give an overall 3 stars. If the pull cord was robust and easy to pull them I would give 5 stars because it did a great job digging 10 holes 24 inches deep by 24 inches wide for cement footings.
