Angelic Bakehouse Flatzza Pack - 14 Ounce - Sprouted 7-Grain Flatbread Pizza Crust - Vegan, Kosher and Non-GMO (2 Crusts)

My husband and I love these sprouted-grain flatzzas from Angelic Bakehouse. Our favorite is to top it with a little olive oil and spices, then fresh chopped baby spinach, portabella mushrooms, chopped red onion and a sprinking of feta and mozzarella. The crust is thin, but somehow just as satisfying, in a healthy way, than a white-flour crust pizza. Best way to cook these is on a hot pizza stone or tile so the bottom is nice and crisp. This kind of pizza is a great go-to meal for dinner!

Best for a thin crust pizza. It is a healthy choice. I usually buy the 365 whole wheat thin crust base from Whole foods... it is similar to it, just not in price. Good option for a quick pizza during quarantine!

When we lived in Illinois we used to buy Flatzza all the time at the Mariano's Grocery Store we shopped at. When you visit the Angelic Bakehouse website it says our beloved Flatzza is available at Whole Foods and Sprouts. Unfortunately, that is not true. It is likely that it is true if you are shopping at the Whole Foods or Sprouts in Wisconsin where I think Angelic is located or their neighboring states like Illinois. I would LOVE to be able to buy this product in the Tampa Bay area of Florida. We were in Colorado Springs, CO for 6 weeks over the summer and I went into every store that Angelic said would have Flatzza and again, nothing. Amazon is amazing and at least I can now buy our favorite food item easily from Amazon, but Angelic Bakehouse, please go national with your amazing Flatzza! This is the best food in the world and you can make a zillion different recipes with it. It's awesome, please try it!

We discovered these years ago but they're local availability became sketchy so very happy to see these on Amazon...and at a lower price! We have noticed, however, that the size of the crusts are inconsistent, even within the same pkg ranging from 9.25 inch to 10.5....and not exactly round.

Sodium raises my wife's blood pressure a lot. She really likes this crust. It is a flatbread crust, where she would prefer a thicker one, but the flavor is good without too much salt.

These are wonderful wraps that taste great. We have issues with impending higher blood sugar and these whole grain wraps help us keep the white starch under control. Whole grain all the way!

These are quite thin, but they produce a fine thin-crust pizza or flatbread given that you are looking for something pre-made with good ingredients and nutrition profile. I recommend following the instructions and pre-baking them for five minutes before adding toppings and baking the pizza. I use a pizza iron plate in a 425 degree F oven.
