Sorry if this review is TMI for sensitive types!Firstly these cost less for a pack of three than other more well known brands cost for one pair so that can only be a good thing!Secondly they are BRILLIANT! I have suffered from incredibly heavy periods since age 13 and for two days a month am incredibly paranoid about leaving the house due to major flooding. For the first time in 30 years I woke up this morning without the bed looking like a scene from the Texas Chainsaw Massacre! After a trip to the bathroom I had flooded as usual but not a drop had escaped from the pants onto my PJ’s or the bed.Buy without a second thought - I’m off to town shopping with confidence now - life reformed!!!!

I highly recommend these pants. I have heavy periods and suffer with Endometriosis so when that time of month comes I HATE it.I hate sitting down on the sofa and worried I will leak, or turn over in my sleep or to try and get out of bed without leaking through everything.Used these pants with the menstrual cup and my first nights sleep I woke up and had leaked BUT these pants stopped it from going onto my clean sheets, even my pjs.I will need more practice with the menstrual cup but these pants definitely gave me more confidence and I will be using them every month.The pants were comfortable, fit as expected and protected you where needed - the best was being able to sleep knowing no nasty surprise in the mornings.

These have been brilliant.Particularly useful if leakage tends to occur at the back and even the longest sanitary towels don't extend far enough.Night times used to be a real problem, requiring the bed sheets to be washed every morning. Thankfully, these pants used in conjunction with the usual night time towels mean that the leakage is absorbed into the pants and doesn't flow onto the bed.Yes, the pants then need a thorough wash but that's preferable to changing the bed every day.I find that an immediate rinse through with very cold water, then pouring salt on, followed by a soak in salty cold water for 20 mins, is an excellent prewash. Then they go in the washing machine with everything else as normal and absolutely no stain remains. (Without the salty water soak, some very slight marks remain on the inside).I'll be buying more of these as 3 pairs isn't enough!

Really comfortable. I ordered a size up and glad I did as they are full-coverage type briefs but they do come up a tiny bit small - so I ordered a size up as I like comfort during that ‘time of the month’. I wanted to be environmentally conscious and these fit the bill. Imagine the billions of woman throwing out plastic tampon holders and un-recyclable sanitary towels. In an era where we are already drowning in our own rubbish we need to be thinking far more environmentally and these pants are certainly a small step forward with that. I do absolutely everything I possibly can to limit my environmental impact on this planet, so I’m glad I bought these pants so that I’m not contributing to that huge waste of one-use sanitary items any longer either.The reviewer who gives these a bad review does so because they’ve “been too busy to return them” - wow how can you give a product a bad review based on something which really isn’t the fault of the product itself! :/Overall, comfortable - and practical - underwear at a good price :)

Im usually a size 8-10 but after reading other reviews I ordered a size 12. I'm glad I did as they are very snug. The elastic is a little tight around my legs but worth putting up with for the peace of mind they provide. If I order again I would probably try a size 14.

Very comfortable, there were mentions that they had a rustle until they warmed to body temp, this is true but no more that a pad would.I’ve slept in these, used for exercise and daily where.I have paired these with some reusable pads for my heavy days and use these for my lighter days. They are great, wash a dry easily. Very happy!

Heavy periods had me sleeping with old towels under my sheet and dreading what I was going to be faced with in the morning. I’m so pleased with this underwear. No more old towels bunching uncomfortably every time I change my position in bed. I’m waking up to clean sheets. And now I can go out and about, and sit in public places without the usual uneasiness.These undies are necessarily a snug fit around the legs to help prevent leakage, so if you’re curvy, you might want to try going up a size.The fabric rustles a bit but I would definitely recommend this underwear; they give me a feeling of comfort and assurance.

I am caution about my period and always wear a pad few days before I'am due. So decided to invest some menstrual cycle pants. I was a bit skeptical about how effective they are but after my first trail, I must say, can't live without them especially on the heavy day/s. Those pants give me the peace of mind just before, during and post period (double up with lighter pad or tampon on the heavy days to add extra protection). Very good value for money at this price point. Come up clean following a wash with no alarming staining. Quality of the material is not too bad. True size perfect fit, I am size 8 and ordered small. They are comfortable enough to wear it everyday. Highly recommended and I am just in the process of ordering 2 more sets.
