Guide or Off Hand Shooting Device Wrap Strap Basketball Shooting Aid Stop Thumbing The Basketball

A couple months into teaching my son proper shooting form he started regressing and I could tell he was frustrated. I tried many things to get him back on track and he was just getting inside his his head and overthinking everything. With a brief overview I strapped this guide on and his very first shot was back on track. His eyes lit up and the fun had been put back into the sport.

It's a bit of a pain to put on. It does a pretty good job of keeping the off hand from rotating, but you absolutely have to put it on tight and the exact way. I'm not sure I would buy it again knowing what I know now about it.

Worked well, but I wish there was more pictures as to how to put it on correctly, can be slightly confusing. It does have a link to website and this is nice. My son corrected his shot, but he was not good about actually using this product(not their fault). The first one we ordered through prime 2 day shipping took a month or more to get here, so I wrote and said it must have gotten lost. They promptly sent another one! Great customer service. THings happen. In the end, the other finally got here, so we had 2! I do think this can help a child struggling with form and crossing their hands.

Gets the job done to produce the correct form on your jump shot

While it is comfortable compared to other products, it ultimately doesn’t work. You can still straighten the arm and it doesn’t keep the hand from turning so you can still thumb. Plus it is difficult to put on especially for a kid. Bad design.

The product does not work as advertise. It does not stop from daughters thumb from going out. Correction: It wasnt putting it tight enough but fixed and it works fine.

It really helps in keeping the off hand from thumbing the ball.
