Absolute game changer for me!!
As a 46 year old runner I’d been dealing with peroneal tendonitis as well as plantar fasciitis and it was not fun. I have high arches and also supinate while running. My podiatrist outfitted me with $500 inserts that honestly weren’t doing much for me. When I came across these I took a chance on them and I’m so glad I did! They feel AMAZING while running and I now use them every day for my walking shoes as well. I’ve had zero issues with injury since switching to these and I’ll never stop using them. There’s so many products out there for me pronation but finding something for supination is rare - I’m so grateful for these!!!

These worked out rather well
These were recommended to me by my podiatrist to help with my high arches. I had been wearing another brand that I thought worked well but these really are much better. For me they have the right amount of softness and firmness. I wear a 6.5/7 shoe and the 6.5 fit me well. I do not have a wide foot and the only thing is they are cut a bit narrow. Would recommend.

Need to break in inserts before using them full time.
Be aware that you need to get use to these inserts. When I first put these inserts into my shoes after walking a few hours my back, knees and ankles were aching. But the pain is going away and if you can purchase and gradually break these inserts in it may help.

plantar fasciitis relief
I upgraded to high arch support this time, keeps it's shape stiff enough to provide support without crushing, cushioned enough to be a suitable replacement for your insoles. Bought for plantar fasciitis, does provide immediate relief from pain in the heel.

Best insert I have purchased yet
I suffer from foot neuropathy. Numbness, tingling and sharp pain on the middle of my foot.Pediatrist recommended these inserts due to having a high arch, and I can honestly say they are what I needed to keep active with zumba, hiking and walks. If shoe fits snug, remove the original sole.I also bought a pair for my dad suffering from heel pain from standing all day on cement and it had also helped his pain.

They work but EXPENSIVE
Price is insane. $10 more than competition. I'll got to the store, thank you very much...They last me about 2 months new. I'm on my feet all day and they help with my fybromialgia.

These make a world of difference.
My doctor recommended these and said he wears them every day. I have a pair in every pair of shoes I wear on a regular basis, including my safety shoes at work. I stand on concrete all day, every day, but don't have foot pain. The arch support is amazing! I even got my husband to try some due to planter fascitis, and he's now a believer. The life of these insoles makes them an even better product, as they last for months!
