57MM Chrome Black Mercedes Benz Hood Emblem Flat Emblem for Mercedes Benz C E SL Class Replacement

It is what it says it is. Don't expect a metal emblem for $14.95. This isn't made for my model (2011 E350 4 door), because the inset on the hood is too small for the backing mechanism to clip in, but I made it work by just covering the hole and sticking the emblem directly without the clip. The adhesive seems good so we'll see. The proper way to replace the standing star on this model is another kit that costs $90. In my photo you can see that with this emblem and an updated grill, my car looks years newer.

Does NOT just click in as advertised. Posts on badge are much smaller than holes in hood. There is NO access from under the hood. No easy way to attach.I tried using thick glue. It held until a cold spell. Luckily I was nearby to pick it up when if fell off.Plastic - expected for price. Emblem was decal that had to be aligned/placed in empty space.IF I had been able to attach to car and have it stay on - rating would have been much higher.

This is a cheep nockoff product. Doesn't fit hood. And if it did fit. It was badly miss aligned.
