Nice Cheese Set
I bought these as a Christmas gift for my sister. My intent was to give her a cheese cleaver that could thinly slice cheese. We used the cleaver on a block of Manchego cheese. The edge of the cleaver is very sharp and easily cut through the cheese. However, the blade is angled in such a way that REALLY thin slices are difficult -- if not impossible -- to slice.With my old cheese cleaver that I own, I'm able to cut wafer thin slices and that's the way I like it. If that is not important to you, then I recommend that you give this set a try. It is reasonably priced, colorful, and the edges that are functional and sharp.

Flying colors laguiole
Bin vollkommen zufrieden. Habe aus dieser Serie auch schon das Besteck und die Steakmesser. Messer schön scharf. Allerdings spüle ich es von Hand aber es gibt schlimmeres. Möchte das die Messer /Besteck noch lange halten. Finde gerade die bunten Farben so schön . Und auch der Preis war gut . (Amazon blitzangebote)
