I needed a small desk fan to cool me down when having those uncontrollable hot flushes you get when struggling with perimenopause! This seemed to be just what I was looking for and I was not disappointed.It was packaged very well, is of a decent size and not very noisy at all - I'm in an office with four other women and a radio so the fan is not noticeable! But even when I tested it at home it was very quiet.The three speeds are enough and I find I usually only need it on the lowest one for a few 10-15 minutes until I start to feel quite cool.The rechargeable batteries arrive already charged (it may be a partial charge so you can test the device works) which is really good and lasted a couple of weeks before I needed to plug it in to the USB socket on my PC. It will run off the USB just the same as it does wirelessly on a full charge.Unsure what other reviewers mean in the customer Q&As as the fan is supplied with a USB cable that is quite long and regarding cleaning, the instructions clearly state you can remove the front grille to wipe any dust off the fan blades.This is an ideal fan for personal use as advertised. Read the description and check the dimensions - obviously it is too small to cool a whole room, even a small one.

This compact and pretty fan arrived just a couple of days after I had ordered it, all neatly packed. So easy to use and so quiet with 3 speeds. It came with batteries and a USB charger. It is really the best portable fan I have ever owned. Never thought I would get so excited over a desk fan! All my work colleagues are envious and I dare say may be purchasing one themselves.... What is more, it is made in the UK by a small family business. Very happy (and cool) in Dorset.

We now have 3 of these fans, they charge really quickly and last through the night. They have been brilliant during this hot spell. They are fairy quiet on low speed but get a bit noisier as it increases. The kids also have them in their bedrooms. Great little products.

A nice small fan. Not bad design, either. The only down side of this fan is that it isn’t as quiet as I’d like. The description on the box claims that it’s “ultra quiet” but it isn’t - it rattles a fair bit, so beware if you want very quiet. The light on the side of the fan is useful and can be switched on and off independently of the fan.

Absolutely delighted with this USB fan. Good desk size fan with good battery power which lasts about 9 hours and is fairly quiet. Comes with USB cable. Great purchase for my motorhome at a great price. Highly recommend!

My wife loves the fan and it comes on all our trips, the battery life is good and has not left us down.
