This is an easy to use whipped cream siphon utilizing the lever handle dispenser for ease of use. Easily cleans up and all replacement parts are available. The WhipRite nitrous oxide whipped cream chargers are manufactured in the Mosa factory of Taiwan. Each charger contains 8 grams of nitrous oxide propellant. This combination is a great gift idea as well as a nice starter package for home use. This package offers a great deal with plenty of cream chargers to for all your culinary experiments.

Great Little Dispenser - Get the larger version!
I have used it twice now for whipped cream. I dissolve the sugar in water as they caution against 'lumps' that may form if the sugar granules are not fully dissolved "Use Only Soluble Ingredients" as seeds, pulp, etc; might impair the proper functioning of the device. By the way, I just noted the instructions say it is ideal for cold stuff, but can be used at temperatures from 3C/37F to 50C/122F.I bought the half pint version, thinking a pint was a bit much. Regret that decision! 40z of cream won't serve eight people or two people four times! Found that out when I brought it to a Pot Luck and could not keep up with the demand!
