Update to my review, changed from one star to four stars.I had originally ordered this light but it arrived broken. After communication with the seller; they sent me a replacement. I am pleased to say that one worked beautifully and I’ve got it set up in my kitchen. The light is bright and the timer function is most useful to illuminate my plants in the gloomy kitchen. The only downside is that the light can be a little unsteady if you have all the lights extended in one direction. But other than that I’m really pleased with the light. My light seemed to have an issue and faded fast, but I was able to get a refund through the warranty.

The lights were easy to assemble and we like the fact that the height is so adjustable. We haven't used the remote control but the timer is handy. We must say, however, that we haven't noticed a particular improvement in the quality of the seedlings, but we are still learning how to best use it.

Having recently become slightly addicted to plants, I was looking for some lights to aid the growth of some of my baby plants that live in a shady area in my house. I was looking for lights that were standalone as my plants are in several places and therefore I wanted to try reaching them all.I ended u settling on this one as the price was good and on the face of it, it did what I needed. Including the timer for 8h.I have now used it for about a week and I can honestly say that I am extremely pleased with this product. IT was easy to set up and it comes with its own little garden set with spades and forks which is cute.The remote control is ideal if you want to change the settings without having to get up from the sofa.there are three height levels and all of the lights are flexible so you can point whichever direction you need. You are also able to control how many lights you want on at any one time, as well as the intensity of the lights which it great.The bonus for me was the fact that as long as the lights stay connected to the mains, it remembers the setting from the day before and it will automatically switch one, which I didn't realise but loved, as this way, I know that the light will switch on at that set time, for a continuation of 8 hours.Really pleased with the product, I have no cons about it.

Got these lights a few weeks ago but have been trying them since then as it has been downcast and rainy these past few days and not much sunlight for my plant babies. I have another plant grow light of the same brand but a clip on one and one big problem is that i dont have anywhere to clip them on the window sill.I found this and ordered it as it came with a tripod so it can stand anywhere. Also, you can adjust the height to however tall or short you want it to be as the stand is really sturdy.There are 4 arms and 4 led light strips and you can adjust them to accommodate your plants. Also, each led strip has a combination of blue, red and yellow light and you can choose which light spectrum you want for your plants or you can have all of them for full spectrum. Also, you can choose which led strips you want on and which ones you want off.(3) it has a power button, buttons for brightness, for choosing how many sled strips you want on, and what colours you want on and then it has a timer for adjusting when you want your light to turn on and off. Plus it’s got a remote so even if you position it somewhere that you cant get to it easily, you can turn it on with the remote!Quite happy with this product and my plant babies are blooming very well. Now my plant babies will be ready for winter. Definitely worth it!

I got into chilli growing as a result of lockdown last year and purchased a load of chilli plugs to grow. I did surprisingly well too, with a bumper crop for my first attempt. However as the plants grew they slowly began to take over our conservatory, and it reached the point where it was practical to keep them all there. As a result I've had to move some of them into new area, and now they just aren't getting the same amount of light that they were treated to in the conservatory and were looking a bit worse for wear as a result so I wanted to give them a little boost with some grow lights.Because of where my plants are located the hanging ones weren't really an option, so I needed some grow lights that were freestanding. These ones fit the bill are are simple to use, with an adjustable timer and 10 levels of brightness. There are 4 separate strips which can be moved on the stand to cover all my plants. The control is simple to use and I literally just leave it to it now, only needed to obvious water and add chilli grow food to them. There's been a pretty much instant reaction to the addition of the lights, with the plants looking much healthier after a week or so.
