I am athletic and healthy, but wanted to see if this could help me burn a few extra fat molecules quicker. Turns out, my boyfriend noticed I looked thinner, and I never told him about this product. It also gave me extra energy throughout the days, and seems to rev up your sex drive as well.A couple tips: I walk/ jog every day, do body weight exercises, and eat pretty healthy and use portion control. This helps burn the fat. I don't think it would work as well for someone that overeats and doesn't do much physical activity. Also, the bottle says not to take this 5 hours before bedtime, so take this with breakfast or lunch, otherwise you might feel too energetic late at night. I only took 1 pill/ day, while the recommended dosage is 2. Everyone is different, start by experimenting with one!

Let me say that I've purchased NutraChamps products (tribulus terrestris, hairflair, korean panax ginseng) and have been satisfied with the quality and efficacy of their products. In short, the active burn didn't work as I had expected. I didn't experience any appetite suppression or noticeable impact on my metabolism. All that being said, I do feel like I might of lost a little bit of weight during the 2 week period that I tried it. On the positive side, the product was easy to digest and didn't give you the jitters like other thermogenic products. The product seems to have worked for other reviewers but just not for me. I will still patronize NutraChamps for their other products.

I used Active Burn for a week. I really loved it, and it works well to curb my appetite and give me energy but it is very powerful and I had a bit of trouble sleeping. I think if I could cut the capsules in half and use only half at a time, I would continue to use it. Thank you Nutra Champs for your great products. I will continue to use your garlic supplements and ginseng. Love them both!!

I tend to love the NutraChamps products. This one however, was a bit disappointing. It didn't have a noticeable affect at the 1 capsule/ twice per day dosage. So, I bumped up to the 2 capsules/twice per day dosage. I believe I started seeing a slight affect at that point, but it means 1 bottle only lasts 15 day. At this price point, and also no ability to include in the subscribe and save program, it is a no-go for me.

I started taking Active Burn before my morning workouts and noticed a little extra bump in endurance - not sure if that is supposed to be part of it, but the scale doesn’t lie! Getting those last couple of pounds off sold me! Post workout recovery, I had already been taking a few drops of SPOTLYTE in a glass of water - now, talk about the DYNAMIC DUO! BAM!!

I purchased this product to help with appetite suppression and boosting my energy and I believe it is working. So far , I feel a little pep in my step and not as sleepy around 3. I just started the pills about two weeks ago so o will have to wait to see if there is more benefit . By the way, I’m only taking one pill a day so far.

Definitely has helped curb appetite. The best and most interesting thing, it has helped lower my blood sugar. Will definitely buy again.
