Puritan's Pride Black Cohosh 540 mg

I took a couple of pills twice a day for the first week and now take 1 in the am and 1 in the pm and sleeping at night has vastly improved because of this supplement! what a great value as well. i would wake up a couple of times a night dripping in sweat even with the AC on 68. this supplement has drastically reduced all of the symptoms i was having if not 99.9% to almost completely. i can sleep with the AC at a higher temp now and definitely am not having events where I am dripping in sweat - just mildly and they pass very quickly. i'll be buying again to be certain i have a backup couple of bottles so i don't run out. great product for me. worth trying as the cost for this and amount of product you get is a real bargain IMHO. thanks!

Beyond thankful! Seems as soon as I turned 50 last night, the menopause symptoms went into overdrive. Endless night sweats and hot flashes left me feeling fatigued the following day. As a marathoner it was becoming difficult to train and also focus at work. My doctor recommended this as an alternative. So many brands, but I settle on this one. The first week did not bear any results, but I read that someone took two nightly so I increased my dosage from 1 to 2 and have not had another bad night since. I am hoping that this continues. No night sweats and no hot flashes; I have been sleeping greatly for the past two weeks. I have been taking these since January 6th.

I usually order these directly from Puritan Pride, but they were out. Black cohosh works great for hot flashes and other menopausal symptoms. The capsule is easy to swallow and it has no taste or flavor. I have recommended these to several lady friend and so far, they are all very please with their results. Enjoy!

Bought this for a friend that was having "over-heating" problems. Worked for me years ago, so I thought it would help her. Unfortunately, it didn't. Since the product was already used, I wasn't able to return it. Hopefully, if you purchase it, you will have good results.

In "peri-menopause" I began having occasional hot flashes/night sweats that recently increased in frequency, duration and intensity (i.e. daily misery and interrupted sleep). I wanted to find something natural to try for relief. Black Cohosh was the safest option I found that seems to work for a lot of women. Puritans Pride has been around a long time and I trust the brand, so I gave it a shot. I'm happy to say this BC cooled down my internal furnace within just a few days! I am very pleased. I was advised not to take more than recommended dose (1 daily) and not to take long term without a break. It's working for me.

I have ordered other vitamins and supplements online without issue but when I went to take one of these I realized there were no seals on the bottle -nothing covering the lid that would have been evidence of tampering nor a seal once the gap is removed, though it looks like there may have been a seal on this bottle based on silver/metallic flecks on the surface where such a seal would adhere to the bottle itself before being popped and removed.Not allowed to return but unwilling to take these like this.I also thought the bottle seemed over-full - and was right. There are more than 100 capsules in it
