Great product! \0/It makes my digestion easier! keep me deflamed, it has made me feel super good! It definitely helps with constipation. it's super easy to use. I drink it with anything, mainly water because it taste good. It has such a nice flavor.PACKAGING: Wonderful! The Box came sealed! And it brings little cute packets which makes it easy to have it in my purse, office, and at home! It is easy to open. And usually probiotics has to be in the refrigerator to keep them fresh and alive but, this powder is perfect, ready to go!SKIN: the second day I took it, my coworkers said: “Your skin is glowing!” Lol! I don’t have acne issues, only PMS 1 or 2 breakouts but, not all the time! With this product, I don’t have nothing! My skin is more hydrated, and the feeling of dry and oily skin doesn't exist, my skin is now even (no opened pores), it looks so good, clean and smooth. I wish I had taken a picture of Before and After, so you would be able to see the big difference.I definitely recommend this product!

I like this because it has no flavor. It’s easy to add to any hot tea,coffee,smoothie beverage BUT must stir well and add it to your hot beverage cup before the beverage because if you add it after it tends to clump up as the steam from hot beverage hits the package. I believe it worked. I don’t know about the prebiotic part for sure but the probiotic kept me regular but not a bad regular, which really helps with my abdominal pains.

I've had GERD since I was 12 and IBS since I was 19, I'm 31 now. I suffered for YEARS with crippling symptoms from both. This product has made a tremendous difference for them. I have only been taking this for a couple weeks not but I noticed a huge change in my gastro issues within the first week. However, the BIGGEST thing I've noticed is the change in my cravings. I haven't had ANY cravings. I am a mother of two kiddos under 5 so wine has been my vice for years. I craved it by the end of the work day after picking the kids up from daycare. I would drink a glass just for the taste (same with beer). However, I haven't had the craving for it at all since the first week of taking this. I'm telling you, this is worth the money.As far as taste/texture, there is none. I mix it in my glass of water first thing in the morning and it dissolves immediately. There is absolutely no taste or gritty texture. If you're concerned with it though, you can mix it into juice...it just wasn't necessary for me! A package in the morning at home with my tea or on the go in my water. These are so convenient and a great new added regimen to my morning routine.

I like the fact that it dose not taste and you can mix with water are juice dislike that it don't do all it says !

I had a huge problem with bloating and constipation. Anything i ate made me bloated. It would be days between bowel movements. Too say frustrating would be putting it mildly. This product is affordable and so easy to take. You dont even need to drink anything. Just let it melt in your mouth. I was feeling better in a matter of days. Bloating? Gone. Constipation? Gone. Are you a person who is sick of talking pills? Well, i am. This is the perfect solution. I wish all supplements were this easy to take.

I love this product! It not only dissolves completely and easily, it's also easy to drink because it has absolutely no taste . Its like I'm taking a drink of water. Other probiotics supposedly geared towards women are awful. They dont work, I have tried several, but feel so relieved to have found your product. I don't feel bloated like I did before. My menopause symptoms are subsiding also. The hot flashes aren't as frequent and my mood is so much better (my family thanks you lol) And so do I !!Thank you !!!
