"This Otoscope is cool. I was amazed by the quality of the images and videos it took. The lens is super macro. I found out that the camera seems to be floating to keep the orientation the same no matter how you turn the device. This part of the product isn't perfect, but it still works and boy can you see things. The bright LED lights surrounding the lens lights up the area nicely without overblowing the image. This Otoscope comes with some tips for ear cleaning as well. It can be a little scary using the tips because judging distance is a bit harder and you don't want to accidentally damage your ear. I can see how the sticky tips would come in handy if you got something stuck in your ear, but using the scraper was a bit uncomfortable and hard to use. Mileage may vary. Overall, the product is fun and easy to use. The app could use improvement, but it works."

First off this is a great product. It is saving me time and money from having to go once a year to the doctors to get my ears flushed out because I refuse to stop using Q-tips. Only one negative thing it doesn’t seem that there is an option to re-order the plastic spoons separately without having to buy another device. Please let me know if this will be an option sometime soon thank you.

Loved this handy tool to keep ear wax from building up too much in child and hubby's ears. Features light-up tweezer and light-up scooper. When my child or hubby complains abt itchy ears, I know wax might be building up, enough to remove, so I use this handy, good quality tool. Have used 4x and works well. Tools and extra bulbs come in handy, well-made metal rose-gold storage case.I am very careful not too go into ear too deep and hubby and 8 yr old tell me if I go in a bit deep. Wouldn't use on young child if he/she couldn't sit still or communicate effectively with me. Hubby gently holds my 8 yr old while I use the cleaning took. Son was at first reluctant n scared but later, because his ear felt better and less itchy from the wax, now loves having his ears periodically cleaned.

I was skeptical about trying something like this. But I have family members who have compromised eardrums so they dont naturally get rid of ear wax like normal eardrums.I am so glad I bought this ear wax removal tool. The pictures show up perfectly on my phone! You can see clearly where the tool is and remove the wax safely. I even bought one for my d-i-l. She is amazed by how effective and easy to use it is.

Not a terrible product, but it does have some problems. After using it a handful of times the wifi doesn't always connect right away. You need to "forget" the wifi and then wait for the "no internet access" prompt to get it to work again. Also, the ear scoops are pretty fragile. I've had it for less than a month and all five of the ear scoops it comes with are now completely broken. There's a good chance I'll return it or ask for a replacement. If not for the scoops breaking, I would be perfectly happy with the product.

This electronic otoscope deserves applause, it is particularly ingenious. At the slightest doubt of ear pain, a quick look, and it is easy to check for an ear infection. The ear cleaning accessories are easy to fix thanks to the advice in the instructions. Train well to have a safe move. Very handy also for checking the condition of moles in the scalp. The waterproof tip is washable with water or alcohol. the camera kit comes with a wi-fi module of USB connectors of all types, a kit and instruments. Very happy with my purchase.

This is great to finding out if you have an ear infection or if you have other junk in your ear but it’s not great for actually doing anything about it. It hurts to scrape anything out. But i feel better knowing i wasn’t going crazy (found out i have some major inner-ear irritation so i used hydrogen peroxide and fixed it.)

Simple and clear instructions to download the app. Easy to use. It is fun experience to me. First time to see how my ears’ inside looks like. The picture quality is good enough to see clear. It takes me few minutes to find out the different angle. But it is easy to use. The whole experience makes me feel so satisfy.
