Not blending
This product does not blend black pepper and it is so disappointing because I bought this product because I can't twist things due to pain in my thumb and wrist.I can't return it now because the return window is closed. What a waste of money.

Very poor quality.
I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing it - it is of very poor quality and useless - I shall be returning it.Bearing in mind how many poor reviews there are, I think it should be removed from sale.

Does not do the job
This grinder is useless. It refuses to grind any salt no matter how much you tighten the screw in the base. Salt just falls through the grinding plate at an alarming rate still in granule form. Do yourself a favour and pay more for another grinder

Works well
Sturdy, functional, puts it on your food as well as anything. Doesn't disintegrate in your hands whem refilling.

Great product I bought 2 one for salt one for pepper. Easy to use when you don't have a good grip or problems with your hands. Would recommend.

Product didn’t work. Exchanged!
Unfortunately I had to return it because it didn’t work after putting the batteries, returned and ordered a new one!

Very poor.
Very poor. Mechanism is awful. Doesn't grind properly. Have to hold down button and shake to get decent pepper coverage. Already sent for a better one as don't want to use this one.

I would have preferred a larger pepper reservoir but other than that it works fine
