These help you sleep and reduce the effects of lack of sleep.
These are a little too big for my liking. They work well and are essential if you can't sleep at night. But... I would like to see a 250mg version which would be a much better dose with smaller capsules. They used to do a 90mg version for children but I couldn't find those last time I looked. So only 4 stars as a smaller dose version would be better.

Always hard to say if an individual supplement like this is having a real and not just placebo effect but what I can say is that it definitely seems to increase my energy when I take it. I often do many hours solid landscape gardening and labouring that requires an immense amount of energy throughout the whole day lifting, digging etc and when I take this I feel much more energised. Well packaged, sealed and easy size to swallow. No taste and last quite a long time.

They work but I had a bad reaction!
I usually react bad to niacinamide in products but hoped the pill form would be different but reacted the exact same. Although it felt like it was working, it was breaking me out at a faster rate. Tried to stick to it, thinking maybe it was purging and would calm down but it hasn’t got better until I stopped taking these. Concluded I’m just allergic to niacinamide.
