We have 2 cockatiels and this cage houses them perfectly! The birds have enough room to move around comfortably. The bottom part definitely holds in bird seeds and the cage itself is sturdy. Plus, it just looks super pretty set up!Set up was not hard at all and took 30 mins to assemble.

This is an excellent cage! We have a green cheek Conure named Pickle, and he is very happy in his new home. The pull out shelves make cleaning a breeze. The play area on top is his favored place to hang out during the day. I do recommend buying the disposable cage liners. They make everything easy! Overall we are happy with this great new bird home!

What a great bird houseI am 80 years old, box was very heavy not sure of the weightHad a friend lay the box on the floor, then with enough space around me staying on the floor, I use a box knife totally cut the box open then spreading the parts around me one part at a time.Took me about 2 hours to get it togetherThe problem I did have is the splash pad need two people to install itI will include a picture at a later date

Definitely priced at its worth. If you’re looking for a low priced cage for your small to medium bird this will do the job. It came with some dings and dents from shipping. Nothing I can’t look past. I decided to not put the top tray in so that my bird can climb in and out of her cage. The top tray prevented her from getting to the top. I chose to add in natural perches instead of the ones that came with this cage. The color isn’t white, it’s light grey and I think it goes well in my home. If you’re looking for a nice sturdy well made cage, Prevue and A&E have beautiful cages but prepare to pay the price. I wouldn’t place anything larger than a green cheek conure in this cage. My bird cage is open all day long so that she gets plenty of exercise. If she had the door closed all day I wouldn’t have chose this cage, it would be way too small.

Works great for my 2 budgies. Easy to assemble and quality material. Like how light weight and easy it is to move around for cleaning.

We needed to get a cage for our vacation condo in Florida. You know the prices of cages in the parrot shops everywhere, nuts. I have a rather large Yellow Nape Amazon, who already has a VERY large and not cheap cage at home. I ordered this hoping it wouldn’t be too small but it’s surprisingly a good size, even for him. Quality isn’t bad, goes together just fine. Any small bends in the bars are easily put back to shape (if any at all). I wheel it in and out to the patio and it’s solid. The only thing I had to scratch my head on was the skirt, figured it out quick. It took around 40 minutes minutes to erect, take your time. All screws where there, none missing. Be aware of the tiny ones for the drawer handles. PLEASE NOTE- This cage is NOT a good size to use as a permanent home for anything larger than a cockatiel! There’s not enough room for toys or spreading wings for a larger bird. Our baby loves the top perch and only is inside for night time or when be go out. Other than that, I really like it and so does our Amazon. Recommend

- I ordered the 61" Wrought Iron cage directly from Yaheetech, and it shipped quickly and arrived quickly. The box had some holes on the top where the staples were ((finger holes, I'd wager ;) )) BUT the item did arrive in New condition. It was wrapped up in bubble wrap, and the bubble wrap was quite dusty/dirty, but again, the parts inside were all clean. So, the packaging seems to have done what it was supposed to do.- I personally find the overall quality to be equal to that of most wrought-iron cages, even when costing much more. I did find one bar that was slightly bent, so I straightened it out a bit - but not too much, because the last thing you want to do to an enamelled surface is end up cracking it, since that will let moisture attack the metal underneath. The same goes for burrs - I found a FEW very small burrs, but they were not largenough, also not in places, that cause me enough concern to cover ((NOT file!)) them. -- As an aside, regarding caring for the finish, it might be worthwhile to put some UMHW ((Ultra-High Molecular Weight)) tape or dots on the bottom edge of the drawers to put less wear on the finish. Amazon has numerous types of adhesive-backed "easy-slide" products.- The finish could stand to be a bit thicker, but again, the quality seems to be equal to that of many wrought-iron cages, at least, ones that are at all affordable to most people.- In terms of color, this is a "hammered metal" ((bumpy ;) )) textured white put over a very dark metal, so wherever there are little "dimples", the coating is thinner, and more of the dark metal underneath shows through. It's just a matter of personal preference whether the resulting appearance is or is not desireable - I personally like it- As others have noted, the "manual" is minimal. Some of the "included parts" items on the Parts page seem to be from other models, possibly this one plus the next size up, however, I did sit and spread all of the parts out, and all the ones that needed to be there for this model, were there. I did put all of the small things - the screws and assembly tool - onto a paper plate to keep the all together.- I did first collect a multi-head screwdriver, small beading-size wire-cutters ((to cut through the plastic zip-ties, since wire-cutters work *MUCH* better than scissors)), long tweezers to hold screws, especially the little ones, while screwing them in place, a couple of paper towel, two cleaning-wipes, and a cold drink, LOL!- I matched up all of the parts to how they corresponded to what is shown on the exploded diagram. That's not an easy task, because the diagram is only a couple - literally! - inches in size, and some of the details are difficult to see.- Regarding the actual assembly, there are no numbers to indicate any assembly sequence. One thing to note is that it's very difficult to get the top grid into place if the rest of the frame has been tightly screwed together... So, it's easier to insert the two side-grids, and the top grid, if the main frame is left just loose enough to "jiggle", and all the screws tightened-down afterwards. At the same time, screws can be loosened a bit if needed, so it's certainly not critical. Another thing is that it might take a couple of tries to get the parts lined-up such that the screws can be put in. If a screw "cathes" and stops, **don't force it"" - take it out and re-align the parts that are being balky. that's not a "quality defect" - it's just a common aspect of fastening metal parts together with screws. Be patient and "coax" to threads of the screw into place.- One important thing to note is that the back pieces have small tabs welded on that function to stop the drawers and the bottom grid from sliding through and falling out the back. These tabs have to be on the *outside*, otherwise the drawers won't go in all the way and will stick out. Also, for the side panels, note that the long "rib" bar running top t bottom also has to be on the outside.- Regarding the wheels:the "stems" go into the plastic "feet" on the bottoms of the legs. This is not to say that they go in at all easily - the tip does, but then a good deal of force is needed to get them to go in far enough to ensure they're secure. I didn't have a rubber hammer, so I ended up holding an extra-large nail-set ((basically a steel rod...)) in the "dimple" at the bottom of the stem, and hammered them in. They can be at different heights if your floor is uneven, but I couldn't keep flipping the by-then-assembled cage, so I just went agead and tried to get them to be all the same height.It might have been easier if I'd inserted the wheels FIRST..........- If you don't want to use the wheels, the plastic "feet" are enough to protect floors. I personally saw the wheels as one of the most important features, because I'm not able to carry a cage outside for cleaning. With the wheels, I can roll this one outside, HOORAY!- That's all I can think of right now ;)
