I perhaps need to return this item as faulty; certainly I will have to return it.We set it up to film the overnight action in front of a hedgehog house, the camera was set about 2.5 metres away, with the door to the house more or less certre frame. Very disappointingly, when the videos were reviewed in the morning, there was a good video of a hedghog entering, but none of it exitting! Subsequently, a seagull tried to enter the hedgehog house, but this too was not captured on video ... PIR sensitivity was set to 'High', PIR Interval was set to '0 Seconds', so the capture should have been immediate.It appears from the overnight footage that all the videos that were taken were triggered by movement to the right of the camera, but not straight ahead - this is appears that the motion detector is not triggering for all movement.I cannot recommend this model as a reliable camera; this example of it simply is not.P.S. Customer Services (via online chat in China) is a hopeless nightmare, with a seemingly absent-minded or over-casual attitude shown.P.P.S.Having now used this for a few more weeks, although it does still sometimes not trigger quickly enough for small animals (hedgehog) , once you learn the limits of its capabilities you can work with it, and it has provided some good footage, and I would rate the sound quality as excellent. It should also be remembered that this is a no-glow camera, so has that much less light to work with.

A very lightweight product, with completely incoherent instructions. Extremely disappointing as I had to send off for special batteries, a SIM card and a TF card setting me back over £20 and which I now cannot return as I have opened them. The whole episode has wasted hours of my time and has proved fruitless. I will never buy another Boly product.
