No Dice with the visor, but great customer service
Fit is spot on to the sizing chart. I measured for a large and it fits perfectly.Great looking helmet. Probably not the sturdiest helmet out there, but way better than my current non dot helmet. Doesn’t look overly large for its size either. Outside shell is proportional.Overall it’s a nice helmet for a decent price.***Update*** So I need to change my review after wearing this for the past couple days. I had gotten stung by a bee near the corner of my eye the day before I got this helmet, so I thought that was affecting my vision, but it's the shield. I saw it on another review, and didn't realize it until wearing it around more. Optically the shield is not correct, and is really hard to see out of at night. As others described, it’s like trying to look through a glass of water. Love the look and feel of the helmet, but I obviously need to pony up a few more bucks and buy the competitors helmet. Looks come second to function. As a side note, the seller was great when I messaged them about my issue, and even sent me a second shield to try. Unfortunately, the outcome was the same. They said they would speak with the manufacturer about it. If and when they ever get that corrected, I would definitely try again, and applaud their stand up customer service.

AWESOME!!!
What a great deal!! This helmet gives the look and feel of much more expensive helmets and pulls it off Extremely Well!! Comes with a clear shield- spent an extra 30$ on the iridium shield and I love it! The padding is nice, a little firm but nice. Snug for me- I wear a small- ordered a small- I know once the helmet breaks in it will be perfect. Also, the amount of outside noise that is cancelled out is REALLY surprising! I thought it would be loud with lots of wind noise- not at all! Quite the opposite in fact. And the vents are great and provide really good amounts of air flow when you are riding! A Bluetooth headset or ear buts make this thing perfect!!Best helmet on the market at this price point!!! Amazing!

Good looking cheap helmet
They say you get what you pay for, and such is the case with this helmet. The helmet is definitely a way cheaper version (by 300 dollars) of Simpson helmets. I bought it understanding that it is mainly for looks and not safety or functionality. What I mean is that, while it says it is DOT approved it certainly feels as if it was a novelty helmet. It is very light and comfortable. My $80.00 half helmet DOT seems built better and of tougher material than this one. I have another helmet from a good brand that I scored for $120.00 and the material feels way of better quality than this one.In all, for the price, this helmet is bad@ss looking and I’m sure on low impact crash will provide some protection, much better than a skully helmet would. But if you tend to do freeway riding I wouldn’t count on this to protect you on a high impact accident.4 Stars cause the helmet is as described and definitely will get you compliments as I already had people comment they like it and I haven’t even been riding that much.Side note:GoPro mounted nice.I also added the tinted visor as shown, no issues installing. Make sure it is nice and tight so it works as intended. I’m sure it will require adjustments as it gets used over time. One of the screws holding visor was a bit rusty already, got new ones at the hardware store that I liked. No big deal.

Rad helmet, excellent fit.
This helmet is rad! Especially for the price. The finish is nice and it fits like a glove. My noggin measures 58, so I bought the Medium per the sizing chart & it's perfect. I own over 20 helmets (different brands & styles) and the sizing of this one is right on. I think I have a pretty neutral head shape so I don't feel any pressure points at all with this helmet. For what it's worth on the fitment/shape, the newer Bell brand helmets don't fit me well. I believe they have a more round head shape. With a Bell, It's tight front to back but gapped on the sides above the temples. This CRG does not have that issue for me.With the shield wide open it whistles a bit, but not a big deal. Probably something to do with the wind blowing across the inside forehead vents. The chin strap is plenty long and has a little retaining button on it so it's not flopping all over the place; a thoughtful feature. Also, the CRG does not lift when riding and when I turn my head, it doesn't feel like the wind is going to snap my neck. The one thing I really, really disliked was how impossible the shield is to lift off the pin lock. Fortunately, I came up with a super simple, FREE fix that takes about 30 seconds and completely eliminates the only negative thing about this helmet. (Do a quick search on You Tube for "crg visor fix". It should be right at the top.)I bought a tinted shield for it & that isn't the greatest. It's not optically correct (at all) and it's slightly hazy. But, I ride a rigid Harley and I haven't ever seen anything clearly while riding it because my eyeballs are bouncing in their sockets! lol! I don't know if the clear shield that the helmet comes with is less distorted because I haven't used it or removed the static film protector from it.All said, I'm very happy with this helmet and would love to have another one in another color.
